They’re amazing! And for a single parent who travels for work and who also hates cleaning :), they really are part of my “dream team” who helps me manage life, now that I’m flying solo. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service! We’ve used them for more than a year now. The crew pays attention to details from cleaning the walls, cleaning under the cabinets, book shelves and even making sure not to use bleach on certain tiles. They clean our entire house and they do an amazing job. We don’t have to tell them anything. They know their job well. We highly recommend them.

Jordana is always interested in how her staff is performing their cleaning duties. She asks for feedback to see if there are any problems or wants to know if there are suggestions we could make to make things better. I have always been pleased with coming home to a nice, clean and shiny home.

MyCleaningLady has done an amazing job since day one. They started with a deep cleaning during the first visit, and it left my home feeling incredibly clean and refreshed. I've been using My Cleaning Lady for six months at this point and they do an excellent job each time. It's such a relief to come home after long day at work and have a sparkling clean home. Plus their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend using this company if you want to relieve yourself of the burden of cleaning your home. It has been 100% worth it!

We had our first biweekly cleaning today. Cristina and her colleague were kind, fast, efficient and very detail oriented.

Both ladies were sweet to our dogs and our toddler.

They even did the handful of dishes that were in the sink.

Our deep cleaning was two weeks ago and it was practically perfect.

We are a new entity for this cleaning company. After our first cleaning, we were not completely satisfied but when we passed along our feedback, they took notes. Our second cleaning was definitely an improvement. They took our business and our feedback seriously and made up for it. They are a great value. I recommend giving them a shot at cleaning your business.

Jan-Pro Atlanta has been a nightmare from the start. We hired them to clean our large healthcare clinic. Among the problems were:
-Cleaning was so poor that we complained almost every time. Floors were left unswept, bathrooms were uncleaned.
-They did not show up on the designated day bur would show up the next day at random times.
-They gave our key to random individuals who were not contracted with us and who were not contracted with Jan-Pro.
-Our cleaner changed 4 times in 18 months with no prior notification.
-They set off our alarm 4 times which resulted in a $50 charge from the county each time along with trips from us (the owners) at very inconvenient times.
-We notified them that we wished to cancel services but they refuse to return our key and showed up to "clean" after termination. We still do not have our key back.
-Their customer service was some of the worst I've seen. They never improved their service and were downright rude and condescending.
-They have been rude to employees and patrons of our business on numerous occasions.
-One operator took a product from our shelves and never paid for it.
-We have owned our own business for 27 years and are appalled at the actions of this company.

DO NOT use this unethical, unprofessional, unqualified company.

BGH cleaning Services, (Sabina Agyarko) is a terrific cleaning company and the owner is personable and professional, and responds quickly to all inquiries we may have. Her staff is detail oriented, organized, and timely. They keep our centers looking and smelling great.

Jan Pro is by far one of the best janitorial cleaning services we have ever hired. Their dedication to detail and customer service is unmatched. Anytime I have a question they have an answer with follow up solutions. I wish there were more stars to give them, but they definitely deserve five.
