Meticulous. If I could only pick one word to describe the service we recieved from D & B, this would be it. This large, industrial facility had 30 years of cobwebs and my goal was to have them eliminated. D & B went far beyond that and completely cleaned away the dust, cobwebs, grime. The people working in that building continue to compliment the "new" appearance of thier workspace. I highly recommend this company for their service, professionalism and affordability.

I have used D&B for carpet and upholstery cleaning in my home and rental property several times. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet in my rental property because of several "mystery stains", but D&B got them out! Reasonable pricing, too!

Just used this cleaning company to clean the ceiling tiles in my commercial kitchen, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Ceiling tiles look brand new. And the best part came in under the estimate! Will definitely use this company again.

A crew (yes, a professional crew) came out to our home to clean it from top to bottom to get ready for holiday visitors. They even pulled out cabinets from the walls to clean behind them; they made neat piles wherever I had left out various junk; they did more than what I expected. I liked the fact that someone came out to my home first to review it all, the crew did the work and then someone came back to review their work to be sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend them!

Three levels, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, kitchen, great room, dining room, library, pantry, laundry room, foyer, 5 walk-in closets, all cleaned, from top to bottom - vents, appliances, woodwork, windows, fans, everything! You are the best!

I am extremely impressed with Donovan and D & B Cleaning Solutions. I contacted Donovan in a panic the day that my builder was to have a cleaning crew at my condo to deep clean after construction so that I could turn over the unit the next morning to the new tenant. At noon and not able to connect with the builder, I found Donovan and D & B Cleaning Solutions. Donovan recognized the importance of the job and the fact that it needed attention immediately. He met me at the condo by 1 pm (only 1 hour from the time I called him). He came prepared. He reviewed the condo and provided a scope of work on the spot. (I have to compliment him that he came with all the necessary tools to provide a quote on the spot including writing up a contract. By 2:30 that same afternoon, his crew of 3 joined us on the property. Again, with all of the necessary tools to perform the job. Donovan discussed with them the scope of work and they reassured me that they would have the place spotless for the new tenant. (Frankly it was hard to believe since the condition of the 1800+ S.F. condo had innumerable contractors for the previous 3+ weeks replacing sheet rock and hardwood flooring that all had to be sanded so you can imagine the mess!)
After being granted permission to work past 5 pm by the HOA, I felt some relief that I was truly in good hands. And I was not disappointed. At 8:30 pm, I received a text message from Donovan with images of a clean and orderly condominium that only hours before was a disaster. You cannot imagine my relief and my gratitude.
The next morning, I opened up the condo hours before I was to turn it over to the tenant and Donovan actually met me again, in person to ensure that I was satisfied with the level of cleanliness. We did a site review together and there were a few punch items that needed to be handled. Donovan asked if he needed to send his 3 person crew back and I said not necessary. Then Donovan proceeded to re-clean the areas in need.
I cannot put a finer point on how impressed I am with Donovan and his crew. He pulled this particular crew off of another job so that they could save my day. Seriously. Even as I write this review 1 week later, I actually have tears of gratitude in my eyes. I cannot than Donovan enough or his crew of 3. I didn't even catch all of their names in my overwhelmed state when I met them, I think Frankie rings a bell and Lisa as well. For them, for Donovan, I cannot sing praises high enough for your kindness toward me and the extreme amount of professionalism.

The company that was going to deep clean my house after we moved out were being evasive and finally told me they were overbooked and couldn’t do it 10 days before closing. I was scrambling and frantically calling! From the minute Donovan answered the phone I knew it was going to be okay. They did a great job cleaning the house, shampooing carpets and pressure cleaning our garage. When we met our buyers and their realtor at closing they were ecstatic- the realtor said that the house was quite honestly the cleanest house she had ever taken clients through on the walk through at closing after over 20 years in the business. Our house was 34 years old but felt cleaner than even new construction. Thank you so much D & B - it felt so good to know that we were turning over such a clean home to the new owners. And Donovan you took me from stressed to the max to back in control of those last days in that home. Thank you!!

I contracted D&B Cleaning Solutions to clean interior and exterior windows and to clean and restore wood entry foyer floor. They did an excellent job. They were prompt and courteous. The service man, Chase was professional and worked hard to preform a great job. Everything was done to top expectations. The 16 yr. old wood floor looks brand new. I would hire them again.
