Mark and his team were so easy to work with and they delivered amazing results. We had them clean our stone patio and seal it and it turned out amazing. Mark really made sure that everything turned out amazing. Definitely recommend them!

This is absolutely amazing! I wish I had taken some before-and-after photos to show the difference, but they have them on their website. I’m so impressed. We had a lot of green algae and smoke damage on our all-brick home, and I was worried it couldn’t be fixed. Now, my worries are all gone! I know my property value just went up by 5%! All the black marks, green algae stains, and “scars” are gone. My neighbors are already asking who and how we did it! The technicians arrived right on time, and they have a very nice equipment truck. They used a soft wash with a safe chemical that removed the algae and smoke damage from this beautiful brick. Then, they did a more thorough wash and rinse, and the brick and mortar weren’t damaged at all; they just shone like new. They brought back all the rich red color! Please use them—you won’t be disappointed!

Jeremy did our Softwash of the entire house today. It was very thorough and efficiently done. Mark was our telephone contact and we appreciated him following up during and after the completion of the job to make sure that we were pleased with the outcome. So glad we decided to have this professionally done. We are slated to have Sunshine power wash our concrete decks and driveway next.

I hired this company mainly for interior and exterior window cleaning, including the window trim and frames—not a full interior detailing.
The original quote was $1,500, but later increased to $1,700 because our house has full window screens, and they said they needed to remove and clean those screens, which added $200 to the cost.

Because I was at work that day (I’m a pharmacist serving the community), my mother-in-law did the final walk-through. The next day, I found many interior windows still dirty with dust and dead bugs. When I called the owner, I expected a professional response—but instead he became very aggressive, yelled for about 20 minutes, and even threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay right away.

He said, “Your mother-in-law gave a thumbs-up, so there’s nothing we can do.” I never refused to pay—I only asked for the work to be completed properly.

I was referred by a friend and trusted them without checking reviews. I wish I had. The experience turned stressful and disappointing, not because of the price, but because of the disrespect and threats.

I’m giving three stars because they were polite and helpful at the beginning. Honestly, I wanted to give one, but I’m a nice person who still hopes they’ll learn to treat customers with more respect.
