I was totally satisfied with the work done by Sunshine Cleaning. They softwashed my driveway, sidewalk, and house, also cleaned all exterior windows,and the interior windows that were too high for me to do. They arrived a few minutes before our appointment time, explained each step of the process, and were responsive to my questions. Mark and his helper both worked so hard, and did a thorough job. Will definitely use them again.

I hired Sunshine Cleaning to soft wash the exterior of my house and covered porch and they pressure washed my driveway and walkways. Everything was done thoroughly and for a fair price. Thiago and Vini came out today to do a “soft wash” of the house and to wash the exterior windows. They did a great job and the house looks so much better. You never realize how dirty the house has become until it is cleaned.

I recently hired Sunshine Cleaning Service to soft wash the siding on my house. Mark did a fantastic job cleaning the entire exterior of my home from the gutters down. I hadn't realized how much algae, mildew, and dirt had built up until I got the dreaded letter from the HOA. It looks completely clean now, and hardly took any time at all. I was especially pleased at how clean the gutters ended up since they had gotten pretty grimy. Communication was great and Mark was super friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

These guys came over just a few days after I reached out, gave us a good price, and gave our driveway a much needed facelift. Before and after pics are attached, should be obvious which is which.

First, I'd like to say that Mark and his son Pedro are wonderful people who are a pleasure to talk to and work with.

I first hired Sunshine to come clean my gutters, which were in dire need. Not only did they get my gutters emptied, but they informed me that another company had not followed through on installing gutter guards as I had initially thought.

Which brings me to the second time I hired Sunshine. Instead of going with the large company who wanted to meet a minimum before even coming out, I went with Mark and Sunshine to install the gutter guards. He was super transparent in pricing and again super quick with coming out to get them installed. Pedro was so quick that I had nearly missed the entire installation. And before leaving, they even did a courtesy blow off of the remaining gutters.

I'll definitely be using Sunshine for my future exterior cleaning needs.

TL:DR - Mark and Pedro with Sunshine are amazing people who do amazing work at honest prices and I'll gladly use them in the future.

Sunshine Cleaning Service did a beautiful job on our windows. They did the most thorough and perfect cleaning we've ever experienced. They are very customer service oriented. Even though it's the best our windows have ever looked they did the cleaning in a very timely manner. We will most definitely be calling them again and be a loyal customer.

Installed 8kw of Tesla solar panels a couple of years ago. Have never cleaned them. Noticed this year that they were only generating 5.5kw. So time to clean them. Got the ladder out started to climb on the roof and then decided I don’t want to do this. So called sunshine and they came out within a couple of days and cleaned the panels and made them look like new again.

So the million dollar question is did it make a difference…and how much. The next day they started generating in the 7.8kw range. So on a normal day we are now generating 12-15 more kw a day pending cloud cover. Glad I got it done and already have an appt scheduled for next may after pollen season so I can start the summer at max generation. Good people.
