Just had my first clean. It was long overdue. The two women that came were friendly, did an amazing job, and my dog liked them. It’s really all I could ask for. I would absolutely recommend cleaning authority.

The cleaning crew arrived today as they normally do on the third Monday of the month. The crew that came was team #16. They did a great job. Everything was cleaned. When they had to move an item to clean an area, they put the item back where it originally was. Team #16 deserves this 5-star review.

We are so very happy with The Cleaning Authority! they are professional, on time, thorough, friendly and helpful. The administrative team is readily available whenever we have a question and they respond quickly. They are accommodating if we need some flexibility. I know there are many companies to choose from, but I recommend this team very highly!

The experience has been pleasant, efficient, and professional from start to end. Norma came to my house on Friday, September 5 and explained the process and provided a competitive estimate. She provided a clear overview of the company, the work, and the cost. Norma helped me schedule my first cleaning on Monday, September 8 (very quick!) and left me with a very informative folder of information.
The cleaning team (AKA The Dynamic Duo) was all business when they arrived! The team was on-time and professional. They were thorough and efficient - (they were in at 1:30 and out at about 3:00 and cleaned a 1800 sq ft house - 3br/2ba). I walked through the house after and every room looks amazing!

I have two big dogs and Norma and the Dynamic Duo were all dog people. No issues at all.

Team 13 is AMAZING! They did a fantastic job. I recently had back surgery and had not been able to get clean linens on the beds in 2 rooms. They offered to do it for me. They said they wanted to. Such wonderful, kind ladies. The house is spotless. So very happy with how they took care of and cleaned our house. Wonderful, wonderful job ladies. Thank you so very much!

My team today was awesome! I only want them!!! They are thorough and very polite. One of the ladies even found a toy that my baby hid in the crevice of his crib that I had been looking for.

In regards to the service in general, your experience is based on the team that's sent to your house. Not all teams are as thorough or even receptive to feedback. Scheduling is painful and sometimes frustrating as I prefer the same day, time and team.

Team 15 is great. My house looked and smelled so clean. This team did such a great job on the mail level hardwoods. They looked so clean. Overall a very good job. Thank you!

I have used The Cleaning Authority for 18 years now in both Centerville Ohio and here in Georgia. I love the rotation schedule! This team was wonderful! Rubi and Karen did a great job with great attention to detail. I would like them to be my regular crew!!!

We have used them for 3-4 months and are very happy. We've had several other cleaning services and none has done as good a job as the Cleaning Authority. We are very satisfied.
