I'm a long-time customer of TCA - Marietta having used their services for several years now. Team #5 is my regular team and they do an AMAZING JOB! They're on time and efficient. They take great care with my home, are careful around my pets and deliver quality service. I'm happy to recommend TCA - Marietta. ...consistent, efficient service delivered at a fair price.

The folks who come from Cleaning Authority Marietta are always super friendly, efficient, and they care about doing a good job. Communication and scheduling is easy too. I don’t know what I would do without them!

I paid for a deep cleaning over 2 visits, 2 weeks apart. Thus far, only one cleaning has been done. It was NOT a deep clean, just basic wiping down of surfaces and vacuuming. They broke my toilet handle and did not tell me. Did you really think a customer would not notice a broken toilet handle??? Then they offered to stop by at 8:30 am to see the broken toilet handle and never showed up. They asked for pictures, which I sent, and they stated they would fix it. It is still broken as I write this review. They have not contacted me since. Very unprofessional! They do NOT do what is stated in their pamphlet. Buyer be warned.

Petra and Ethel are a delight. Their attention to detail and adherence to instruction/direction make the process a breeze so that we may focus our attentions elsewhere.

They are quintessential team players and are well supported by The Cleaning Authority franchise. A cut above operation!

Harley was amazing, this was my first time using this company, but will not be my last; not only did he do a wonderful job getting out 2 problem areas that I had but he gave me same good advice that on how to manage an area of my home should the problem come back. I hope to get him again in the future

Team #9 has been the best team to clean my house since hiring this company! I hope they come every time! They truly cleaned my home, and made me choose to stay with this company when I was about to hire another one. Most, if not all, of my prior cleanings other teams have missed so much. And the lack of effort, and attention to detail was very evident. They also would never put my belongings back in my home how they found them, team #9 did decently okay with putting my things back where they belong. Overall though my home is very clean!

Team 7 was at my home today, they did an amazing job, so glad I finally found a company that actually does what they say they will. This team was thorough, professional and friendly. Highly recommend the cleaning authority. Every team is great. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been using The Cleaning Authority for a while now, and they do such a great job. Irene and Dani of Team 20 were amazing today. They gave my home the refresh it needed for the new year.

While the cleaning team is not always the same, we have had Ana and Alma clean our home multiple times over the last few years, and they have done a fantastic job. We get the downstairs cleaned every 2 weeks and the upstairs cleaned once a month. I appreciate that the company allows us to have that schedule as we do not use the upstairs as often and live on the main floor. They were also flexible with the start time when I worked outside the home to allow me to complete my workday and get home to let out the dogs before they started.

Petra and Ester are wonderful! In addition to being professional, they are incredibly kind. They take care in the work they do and are always warm and friendly. I genuinely look forward to seeing them each time. Thank you Petra and Ester!

Cecilia and Fabiola have been cleaning my 7/7 home for about a year. They are lovely, sweet, professional, dependable, and AMAZING team and cleaners. I’m very picky and have had many many weekly cleaners (mix of companies and people) over last 20 years and they are my second best of all (my fav retired after 5 years) good cleaning companies are hard to find and dedicated and excellent ladies even more rare especially post covid. I’m thankful I found the cleaning authority and never have to stress about if anyone is coming to clean my house as scheduled. They always show up and are always on time and clean beautifully.

Team 14 is fantastic! I LOVE the team lead, Esperanza. She is always so thorough, efficient, and will absolutely work with you to make sure you’re happy with everything. As a cherry on top, she also has a very lovely, sweet, and friendly demeanor!
It’s a pleasure having The Cleaning Authority spruce up and tidy your home. They’re the absolute best agency I’ve ever worked with… non-negotiable, end of story! I’ve worked with several cleaning companies in the area and they cannot even hold a candle to this agency (Yes, it is because I have very high standards and expectations of ‘clean’ from my cleaning agencies, and so far, this is the ONLY company that has managed to get it right, each time.. and across other teams too.. for almost 2 years now with me). To be fair, every team I’ve had is extraordinarily hard working and diligent. So go ahead, hire them without hesitation and be prepared to have your mind blown by their quality and work.. EVERY SINGLE TIME! You’ll love how clean your home is.. promise! 😊

High Price. Very poor job.

I scheduled the move in clean for the whole house which I confirmed included wiping everything thing down from baseboards to kitchen appliances inside and outside. So, everything in the house which I thought would be ideal to get a professional and detailed clean since there was no furniture. The conversations/service leading up to the actual cleaning was great and gave me the confidence that this company would do the job given my quick time frame turnaround since I had guests coming over the night of the cleaning and I was able to schedule it a couple days in advance.

However, my confidence quickly faded once my guests arrived the same night after cleaning completed. It was extremely embarrassing having my mom/family and other guests come over and them being easily able to spot out areas that looked like they weren't even touched. No one could tell I got the house cleaned just 3 hours prior. My mom was very disappointed and we took it upon ourselves to wipe up everywhere where the cleaners missed to prepare for my guests. She also pointed out that it looked like it had not be vacuumed upstairs as well as there was still a lot of dog hair and no fresh vacuumed lines. Getting this vacuumed was essential due to my pretty bad allergies and was also discussed ahead of time. This may be a small detail, but they did not even fold any of the toilet paper or paper towels to make the house look homey. I'm really not sure what all was done in the long time frame they were there and an genuinely confused. The inspector should have caught these things and I trusted them, but they honestly didn't spend that long evaluating the house, so maybe I shouldn't have.

For the very high price line (they charged $100/hr) I would expect at minimum the level of clean that I'm able to achieve from doing it myself, but with it being done by professionals I'd hope that the standard is even higher than this and I could come home stress free to a clean house. This was not the case at all and I was given $50 off to cover all of this which didn't seem fair to me at all considering that I paid $600+ for cleaning an empty house without furniture and it appeared that nothing had been done.

I let it go initially to give the benefit of the doubt, but as family members and friends pointed things out more and more I feel like I wasted a substantial amount of money and that this was just not right or fair to me at all and the compensation for my experience was very disrespectful.

I have been a long time customer. I was introduced to them in Riverdale and when I moved to mableton,, it was a no-brainer. I treat myself with a clean house every three weeks and sometimes when my family comes in during the holidays, I call this company right after they leave. I love the service and my house is clean and I feel good.
