Okay neighbors, these guys just left my house. Do not hire them unless you want your house to be the absolute cleanest it has ever been. I am not kidding. 2 guys came to clean and 3 hours later they were done. Very VERY affordable. I can’t find anything that I can complain about with the job they did. They even did things I was not expecting like washed the fronts of my cabinets. They also mopped their way out the door!!! I am beyond pleased.

OMG! I have had a great deal of housekeeping done in my home over the years! These guys hit way above any expectation I ever had! They were on time, very professional, friendly, cleaned deep! I thought I lived in a clean home but these guys made it sparkle like new! It smells so clean too! They even added sweet little touches like folding the toilet paper roll and folding the hand towels in a pocket design! The bed was made so well and so tight that you could bounce a quarter off of it! They wiped every picture on every wall. They did all the blinds. All the fans! It’s so clean and I am so happy! Hire these guys! You won’t regret it!! I have contracted with them for every two weeks moving forward! The rates are so reasonable too!

We recently switched cleaning services and the Cleaning Authority did a wonderful job. Especially Team 17 (Jennifer and Norma). They were diligent and really focused on the details of the house. I highly recommend their services as I received great value from their work.

Too, the eco friendly cleaning products they use give us added confidence that our home is being cleaned just as it should. The cleaners are consistently thorough and careful with my furnishings, etc. I have not had any complaints and recommend them.

The ladies were professional and got right to work on cleaning our house. They paid attention to details and put everything back in its place. They were cheerful and very hard working!!

The company sent someone out to give an estimate of the cost. I scheduled a cleaning date and time. The women came and did a thorough job within a reasonable time frame. They were pleasant, polite, and I would love to have them return. The company sent someone to come while the workers were finishing up, to check the work performed and she took care of anything that was overlooked or rushed over. For using them the first time, I feel it was a good quality control measure. I recommend the company based on my experience.

Jennifer and Norma are amazing my house is always like brand new love these ladies heaven sent.

Just finished my second cleaning with the cleaning authority and decided I would not be continuing to use them. My first cleaning I was very impressed with them. My second cleaning is where it all went wrong.

I was home the whole entire time. They tripped a circuit and instead of alerting me let me discover it hours later. They bumped my wall and broke the dry wall and instead of telling me or leaving me a note didn't say anything. They took a mirror that hangs above my fireplace down and scratched all the paint putting back. I had just repainted that from their first cleaning. It's a mirror you really shouldn't be taking down. They left cute bows and shapes on my toilet paper but instead of using water to hold the same together they used some blue cleaning product that then leaked on the rest of the toilet paper.

When I emailed to let them know that I would not be using them anymore they did offer to send a hand man to fix the wall. I did turn them down as it's not worth the schedule hassle for something I can fix myself and would still have to paint after some repaired it.

Also, noticed their dusting really could use some improvement. Theres dust all over the back of my lights in my bathroom along with the towel holders.

Another thing that I did not super appreciate. Since I was home I was working from my office. Understanding that they need to clean in there. Though when they got ready to clean my office I was in the middle of a call. Instead of waiting for me to give the okay to talk indicator they started talking over me while I'm talking on call for everyone to hear. I did move in the middle of my meeting to them have them yell goodbye at me while I was still on call.
