As usual, Jonquil did a great job cleaning two of my antique wool rugs. One is a long runner and the other a smaller rectangle. They also cleaned the pads and made a repair. I always appreciate their staff and the job done!

Great outcome! Had stored a rug for 19 years in the bottom of a basement closet and the cream background had yellowed. Jonquil got it back to its original color. Couldn’t be happier.

The best place to come and get your carpet clean. I dropped it off right before Thanksgiving.and it was damp. My schedule has been so busy and they were very accommodating of that. I picked it up the other day and it is beautiful as usual. This is my second time using them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else superior service.

I’ve got two lovely doggos who load dirt, fur, dandruff and on rare occasions urine on to our rugs & rug pads since we have luxury vinyl throughout most of our home. I was very pleased with the service of Mitch and the team at Jonquil. I actually live about 140 miles from their facility. After doing the research and talking to numerous companies within a 2 hour radius of my home, they were the only ones with the knowledge and equipment to clean my large wool viscose rug. I dropped it off and picked it up about 2 weeks later with a sizable discount for them not having to transport it. Lastly, they willingly stayed beyond closing time when I got stuck in Atlanta traffic. Great company!

I am super impressed with Jonquil! I wanted a clean rug, I had no idea they would make my rug look brand new!! Particularly as it’s a shag rug, and I have dogs who love to lay on it - I didn’t ever think it would be fluffy again - but it is!!!

I give this company 5 stars because the staff was friendly and professional over the phone and in person. I brought my carpet to them needing it in a rush and they were able to get it back to me sooner than I needed. The cleaning on the 4 rugs I brought in was top notch and look almost brand new. I will definitely be using them again.

Jonquil Rug Cleaning is my go to for rugs and tapestries. Have done 3 rugs and one tapestry so far, and they’ve done a great job at each of them.
