I had an easy and great experience with Jonquil Rug Cleaning! My rugs had a significant amount of pet urine and pet fur on them and when I picked them up they looked and smelled great! I dropped them off in less than 10 minutes and then got a text a few days later when it was ready to be picked up! I also got a custom cut rug pad for one of my specialty sized rugs!

I had a rug in my living room that my daughter's dog had an accident on (urine) and my dog had gotten sick on. I tried to clean myself but still could not get the urine smell out.

I found Jonquil after doing a Google search for rug cleaners in the Atlanta area. Their reviews were great so I decided to try them.

I emailed and they responded quickly with an estimate (once they got the size and materials of my rug). I then took it to them the next week and once they saw the rug, I was given the exact estimate amount it would be (lined up with the original estimate). They called/texted when my rug was ready (it took about 2 weeks or so but I told them I was in no hurry). The cleaning was great and I will DEFINITELY use them again! Great customer service, easy to find, quick turn-around and fantastic cleaning job. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Great communication from the team, was able to drop off a large rug and it was ready within the week. The rug looked great when they were done! Super affordable when compared to other shops around town…. Give them a try!

Rose was so helpful and kind when I was having a hard time finding a place to have my rug cleaned due to the material type. They were able to clean it and did a great job and saved my $2000 rug! They are very nice and I would highly recommended this company to anyone!

These guys did an incredible job on my four rugs and two chairs. Everything looks like it’s brand new. My rugs are six years old and needed a real deep cleaning. The service and final product were both beyond my expectations. I would recommend these guys again and again.

I was nervous to have the Oriental rug I inherited cleaned, but it needed it. Jonquil Rug Cleaning was professional and easy to deal with. They explained their process, picked up my rug, including moving some furniture. The moved the furniture again when they returned my rug. I am very pleased with the service and the cost. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Jonquil. I got 2 area rugs cleaned, nothing major really but they needed some TLC. The experience with Jonquil, from calling and getting questions answered to getting my rugs back, was seamless!
Someone really kind answered the phone and was willing to answer any and all questions which made me feel really confident I could trust this place with my fancy wool rugs. Also the person on the phone identified the types of rugs I was cleaning just based on a picture which made me so happy. Like even the people picking up the phone know what they are talking about! They do pickup/drop off of your rugs, which was great because i'm kind of all over the place. They text you when they are on the way to pick up, and they'll even roll the rugs up and take em for you! Mine were small enough so I just did it real fast when they arrived. Then drop off was nice because although you get a 2-4 hour window of drop off time, they do text you when they are on the way with a very accurate ETA (my rugs arrived on the earlier window of time they gave). Communication is easy too cause you can just text them back at whatever number they use. Seriously everything felt so easy I can't express that enough. Most importantly my rugs came back super clean and super soft!!!

My husband and I brought our two rugs to Jonquil Rug Cleaning on behalf of our business, Usoro Properties. The staff did an excellent job, the money for the value was right on target, and we even received a discount (assuming it's a first time customer discount) for the service. The ladies even bring the rug to and from the car!! 10 out of 10! We will certainly be returning!

Got a well needed area rug cleaned that I dropped off and picked up… everyone at Jonquil was wonderful and so so incredibly nice! And my rug, my ivory, high traffic, dog rolling around ivory rug looks AMAZING - you would think it was brand new! I HIGHLY recommend - I can’t wait to bring more rugs there!!!

They cleaned a very old Caucasian rug dated 1895 for us and did a fabulous job! It looks brighter and much cleaner. They also cleaned several rugs for my mother that had pet stains. They all came out great as well! They are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I highly recommend them!

I took an old Caucasian Rug dated 1895 to be cleaned. It had been under our kitchen table for 8 years and needed to be cleaned. Jonquil did an excellent job!
