Excellent service. This was our first time using Coolpro for Spring and Summer tuneup.
The tech was professional and careful.
Besides the tuneup, he also replaced a malfunctioning thermostat.
It was important to me that a Trane technician serviced our three units.
Happy and will continue to use Coolpro!

Great company and people. I read other reviews and it sounded like a great choice and it was. Tech actually showed up early and diagnosed and repaired everything with my AC within about 30 minutes. Rates are very fair as well. Zero complaints here. I’ll be using CoolPro again for sure!
Update: June 9th 2025 - had them replace my whole AC unit in my condo. They did a great job and the install looks great. You can tell they took care when setting everything up. Everything working excellent. The crew was awesome. Definitely my go to for HVAC maintenance and repairs.
