Received excellent customer service and resolution from Caleb in resolving my AC issue. Caleb called ahead of his arrival and arrived within the stated time. Upon arrival Caleb did a thorough job in accessing the issue. Even more important to me was Caleb’s thorough explanation of the issue and what the resolution would be. It was a really great experience overall. I will definitely use United in the future.

Air Temp came out to repair my AC recently. I was grateful that they came quickly, and Ruben, the tech even called me earlier to let me know that he could actually come earlier in the day. He was quick and thorough, and explained every thing he was doing. Turned out the issue was small, but he fixed it. His professionalism impressed me, and combined with the quick response time, I opted to sign a service contract. I highly recommend this company!

Peter was very thorough. He serviced all 3 of my units and cleaned my dryer vents and 2 hot water heater tanks. He didn’t rush the job and I appreciate that. Well done!
