After calling a few different places that couldn’t get out to us until the next day, I called A & G and Mitch was out within 30 minutes. Mitch was very professional and had everything fixed and was gone in about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend A&G and Mitch to anyone in the Marietta area.

Val could not have been nicer. From first call to completing appointment, very professional, courteous, and thorough. Found the problem quickly, documented it, fixed it, found a way to prevent similar problems known happening again, and gone like the wind. I was very pleased.

Mr. Mirchev was extraordinary at his job. As soon as he was able to fix the issue he went to work and had us a working water heater in about two hours. Everything about him was as professional as you could get and he was well equipped with the proper tools for the job. Will recommend to anyone who needs plumbing service. Thanks again!

Quick and efficient!! We had a huge leak in our water heater. It was removed and replace within hours. Highly recommend all your plumbing needs to these guys!!!!

Valeriy just completed working on some plumbing issue at my home, and I can't be more impressed with the quality of his work. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He completed the job efficiently and with great care.

Poor communication and a rude receptionist. The service provided was mediocre since the problem was not fixed and the potential solution wasn't communicated. And then they tried to charge a $75 fee for canceling, without making it clear what preparation the resident needed to do prior to the appointment, and without stating ahead of time that that was their "policy." Deceptive practices.

The service was mediocre because the first time a technician was dispatched, he told me nothing could be done to fix the problem. And it was never clearly communicated to me that there was a solution, what that solution would be, and that it would require a second visit. I was told to take a picture the next time the problem occurred.

Stating a cancellation policy involves a fee if service is denied, AFTER that service was denied, is deceptive. Policies that involve fees should be communicated beforehand.

Rude is how I describe the way the receptionist spoke to me. I did not consider it professional. I felt it was condescending as well.

I stand by my review. There is more I could add to how bad the encounters were, but I was being generous.

Val was amazing and I would highly recommend him. He was very informative and willing to answer any questions I had.

Valeri was great: on-time, clean, courteous, and patient. He helped to diagnose a non-working meter from the county utility, and replaced a leaking faucet.

Ruman was awesome! Friendly, professional, and communicative. Was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain what the problems were and and want needed to be done and why.

Mitch is great and super professional! He fixed our problem in minutes! Definitely recommend his awesome work!

Five Stars all the way. Valeri was awesome from start to finish. He is very professional, knowledgable and does great work. He plumbed our kitchen sink efficiently and correct. He also caulked the sink where it wasn’t done correctly from previous company. Dish washer and sink run now with no leaks. Thanks again Valeri! Highly Recommend this Company!!
