I had to have my a/C unit replaced, which took three different trips to diagnose the issue, order parts and installation. Joel and Dunor both provided exceptional customer service. The answering service was always polite and timely in getting back to me when I called with any questions. I also really appreciated that I got a text with a photo of the technician prior to arrival. I would definitely recommend!

George installed everything and went above and beyond in cleaning up, explaining all the components and making sure I was satisfied with everything! The technician who came to my home was polite, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced, which put me at ease right away. Great job! Geo was awesome and did an awesome job. He listened and answered all my questions. He had to leave for supplies but made sure to communicate that to me as well as called when it took longer than anticipated to get the supplies. He was considerate of my home and made sure to clean in the midst of working and upon completion. I was very satisfied with the wonderful customer service and would recommend Geo to all my friends & family!!

This company was assigned to me from my home warranty when my air conditioner went out. I was able to get the date and time requested and George showed up on time and gave me a thorough explanation of the issue. George was distraught as I was about the the warranty company not covering the issue and the next day I was given three different quotes on a new system. After getting a second quote, I decided to go with 1-800-Plumber and Air and was fit into the schedule fairly quickly.

While this wasn't the smoothest experience since it took 3 days to get the system functioning correctly, everything was handled professionally. George was dedicated on day one to get it working and probably stayed a bit later than expected without clearing it (really the only "ding"), but it showed his dedication. There was a faulty board replaced by Lennox and the next they came out and fixed it. But then we found the system was just running the fan and the thermostat couldn't turn the system off. George was back out 2 days later first thing in the morning and all is good now. I even had the owner call me the night before and said it would be resolved. I can't recall the name of George's assistant, but a shout out to him as well for working a longer day then I am sure he anticipated.

Worst plumbing experience ever. Sent an unlicensed plumber to fix shower drain. Still leaking afterwards,also did work not up to code. When I contacted the owner he stated a shower does not need a p trap due to the shower not being drain water. These people have no idea how to plumb and I'm sure these good reviews are fake. Be very weary,I've reported them to the secretary of state

Had a great experience with 1-800 PLUMBER & AIR OF MARIETTA! George and William came out to fix my AC and got everything running smoothly downstairs. They were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The whole process was easy and stress-free. While they only worked on my AC, I noticed the company also handles plumbing and other services definitely planning to call them again if I ever need anything else. Highly recommend!

Two visits and still left with a project to complete myself. Replaced a cartridge with what was surely a Home Depot run. That’s after the first “plumber” said he didn’t have the part. Sure the manual shut off valve installation solved the immediate problem, but how am I supposed to patch this with the handle sticking out past the wall???

Lack of knowledge combined with mediocre service… I guess it pays to be an American Home Shield vendor where you’re incentivized to provide minimum service with as many trips as possible. I’ll let American Home Shield take the L on that one, but I have learned my lesson. You get what you pay for.

Save your money and maybe look to a company that isn’t a 1-800 solution that also does Air but is actually a plumber of professional caliber.

I had an excellent experience with 1800 Plumber + Air. The technician Geo was able to repair my leaking shower head in a timely manner. He was very respectful and informative about everything.
