Kris not only showed up on time but let me know he was on his way, which is always helpful. He was very pleasant. He found the gas cutoff, fortunately, since I didn't know where it was. He explained to me what the process would be and gave me estimate options. I have another step on my end to complete before proceeding with my project but look forward to Kris doing the work.

My kitchen sink only had cold and warm water, no hot water. I called 1800plumber + air and was scheduled the next day. Dunor was very professional and courteous. He ensured that my floors remained clean while he worked by using a cover up. In 2 hours, I had hot water.

Our experience was very positive from beginning to end. Our A/C was not working and they immediately understood the seriousness of the situation and prioritized accordingly. From the lady who answered my panicked call, to the professional technician who did an exceptional work, we say “Thank you!!”.

We vetted a plumber for 2 weeks and decided on 1-800 only to have our Monday appointment cancelled Sunday night. Such a headache considering we need HOA advance approval for all water shut off. Back to the drawing board.

I had AC repairs done. The service from initial contact, through scheduling and actual completion of the work was top notch. The repair man was extremely knowledgeable and completed the job in lesson 15 minutes. Everything was quick, professional, and easy.

They were prompt, with same day service. Jimmette the technician was very informative, polite, and clean. He explained everything and checked with me before he did any work. So I wasn't surprised at the end with additional cost. He worked on my air conditioning system. And now I'm sooo cool and extremely happy with the service that was provided. And it was affordable.

These guys were super professional and fixed what 3 DIFFERENT companies couldn’t! We had issues with our washer draining/ pipes for over a month and these guys were able to come and fix it no problem! I recommend them without a doubt

Recently had my water heater changed with the help of Geo and he did an excellent job installing the new one. Definitely giving them a called back for any plumbing work I need done for my home.

Let me start by saying I never use big companies like this but a friend suggested I try them so we called for a quote to have a regulator put on our gas line. Kris was the tech they sent and he was really nice & super polite. He checked the issues and gave us a quote for the work that was more then reasonable for a big company so we gave the OK. Just as he was about to complete the job the guy that told us what we needed said he had the wrong regulator and had to get a different one. Kris with a smile on his face went on the hunt for this other piece. I can't even explain how impressed I was that he spent pretty much ALL DAMN DAY looking for this part when he easily could have given up and said he couldn't do the job but he didn't. He came back and finished the job. The difference from the original quote to the actual work was minimal at best which was shocking because My husband and I were convinced we would have to take a second mortgage since he was here all day. Although I am not abandoning my vacationing plumber I will keep this company as my steady and would absolutely recommend them to anyone that asked.

When I called to schedule an appointment, the customer service representative was friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate that she was able to quickly get me scheduled at a convenient time.

We got new countertops installed along with an under mount sink. Our kitchen is 20yrs old, So our kitchen plumbing needed to be reconfigured lower due to the drop. 2 of there workers came out did the job. 3weeks later the we have leaks now. I called the tech Fred but he has ghosted me. We paid them cash money & gave a tip that was doubled his service price & this is the service I get! He can’t even pickup the phone & text me back issues upon why he can’t come double check his work.

Geo was amazing! He was polite and respectful. He fixed our problem extremely fast and explained what the problem.

My water bill was extremely high. Apparently I had a main waterline leak. 1800 plumber plus air did the repair efficiently. They also helped me put together a letter for the water company, to get my water bill adjusted.

Sean Oliver with the Marietta location, was quick, extremely kind and got the job done. He even provided me with tips to help with future issues should I want to remedy the problem on my own. It was appreciated and I will just give them a call.

Valencia and Ronald were amazing.! We were without air for days because we were told we needed a special piece for it to be fixed. We got a second opinion 1-800 plumber + air came out looked at it and got my air back running within the same day.! Thank you.!!

Please do not use 1 800 plumber. I recently had to switch plumbers through my American Home Shield after they told me due to not have proper documentation to work in condos. Even my property manger was skeptical of these plumbers working in the building. There was no professionalism at all and no urgency of getting me back in my condo. As of right now, I stayed in the hotel for almost a month through my insurance. Now, since it is almost up, I will have to relocate due to this situation. My repairs should had been done last week, but 1 -800 plumber kept getting confuse about the certificate of insurance (COI) and how to write a scope of work. The representative that answer the phone did not know what a certificate of insurance was and gave me an unprofessional scope of work to give to the property manager. They schedule me to do the repairs, but they did not listen when I said you have to have the proper documentation (COI). Please do not use them, trust me.

Geo did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed about my plumbing problem. He was very thorough but still worked quickly and efficiently. Need more plumbers like Geo!!

My water heater wasn't working. I reached out to 1-800 Plumber + Air and they came and checked it out for me. It needed to be replaced as the old one had been there since the house was built. The technician came at the scheduled time and replaced the water heater. I am grateful for the timely response and the professional work that was done.
