Absolutely awesome experience for a really tough job. Brian and Trey are an excellent team - they responded to an after hour text and showed up on time with a plan to fix the issue. Very professional, kind, and took time to walk us through the problem plus our issues. We were impressed at how quickly they fixed this difficult job. Brian, as well as the whole team, kept me updated about the project throughout as well as educated me on some of the missteps previously done on my house. I really appreciate all of the effort and work both towards the house and on accommodating me, any time I need plumbing done, I'll be giving them a call.

Keevon from Bejamin Franklin Plumbing was able to take care of a water leak under my garage that had caused my bill to sky-rocket for two consecutive months. He explained in detail what needed to be done when he came out to survey the property. After a few hiccups, he was able to take care of everything that was needed and even came back and took care of a few other things to ensure everything was working properly.

Great response time. Got my Water Heater replaced. Would recommend John.

UPDATE: I had an issue with the previous work that was done. I won't go into the details here but I want to speak on the integrity of the owner (Austin) of the Marietta location. I addressed my concerns to Austin and he responded with a follow- up call. His professionalism and display of integrity was refreshing as he worked with me on making the situation right. I want to address this on this platform because finding people who are still willing to do the right thing and operate with integrity is becoming increasingly rare (in all industry's). So, I want to publicly thank you Austin for your work and for sending Shelby who also knew what he was doing and serviced the job professionally. It is this kind of service that goes a long way. I would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber to use Benjamin Franklin of Marietta. They came in and repaired two other plumbing issues we had from another plumber cutting corners. They were responsive, quick to drove out and did solid work! I'll use them again moving forward.
