Very reliable, professional and punctual. He was able to fit me in for a job when my water main broke. He arrived at my house at 7:00 a.m. on a Friday for an estimate and his crew was at my house by 11:00 a.m. and done by 3:00 p.m., It was heading into a Fourth of July weekend and raining for two days, like crazy rain. I could not get any one to commit to the job until the following Tuesday. He came and did the job immediately, the same day. I am forever grateful. I would definitely recommend this company and give them 5 stars and providing me with excellent customer service.

I had the technician come out to locate a long disused septic tank. Friendly courteous and professional good value-for-money spent. I highly recommend this organization. I have known Sheldon for some years and only recently was able to become reacquainted. Glad to have found him and his company.

They were a pleasure from start to finish. I was told they couldn't come the same day to replace water heater and scheduled for next day. About an hour later I received a call saying they had an appointment canceled and would be able to come out same day. The technicians were all very professional and easy to talk to. They explained the whole process and were knowledgeable. I've called and contracted many different plumbing companies, but they really stood out and will be the only one I call in the future.

Our hot water heater failed on a Friday. After one call Rooter King gave me a great price for a hot water installation, and promised that the installation could be done that afternoon. And they delivered!!
Sheldon called me to confirm the delivery and showed up on-time ! a professional! Handled the job without his helper who was out that day. He was great!

Folks did a nice job. Had a very hard grease stoppage in line that took a lot of effort but continued to work on it until it was cleared. Had the right equipment and know how- will use again if needed.

Had a clogged toilet. The operator, Dee, was super friendly and accommodating. She got me set up right away with a same day appointment just hours later. The plumbers who arrived were incredibly careful, professional, and courteous. We asked plenty of questions, and they happily shared their professional knowledge. They cleared my clogged pipe, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for my future plumbing needs.

I was referred to Rooter King and I'm glad a made that call. My hot water heater was leaking and the drain valve needed replacing. Sheldon came out and inspected everything.
