I had a great experience with Cole and Max. They showed up on time diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me an honest answer of simple fix we could do on our own. This is what you should expect from a contractor.

Landon Jordan was my PlumbPros technician in Marietta GA. Landon was professional in his demeanor and appearance and was obviously knowledgeable in his area of work. He diagnosed my sink disposal system and noted that the motor was broken and the system needed to be replaced. He quickly installed the unit and tested the system to ensure it was working properly. We had a second issue in the bathroom where the shower knob was broken and needed to be repaired. He diagnosed that the bearing and wall unit needed to be replaced and sealed. Landon then went to get the parts that he needed to fix it and was able to turn the water main off and get everything installed in a timely manner. After Landon completed both jobs he tested and confirmed all of the work he finished. He sent receipt to account and sent us pictures of all of the before and after photos.

PlumbPros Plumbing is an excellent company. The previous plumbing company left a large hole in my floor and couldn't find the leak. PlumbPros Plumbing came in, made all the necessary repairs, and saved me. The price was reasonable.

PlumbPros was great! I called in the morning and they were out same day to fix problem. Randall was awesome! He replaced old pressure tank that had rusted. Review #2 - Well, my entire water heater finally went after 11 years. It had rusted out around a seam on the bottom. Easiest decision was calling PlumbPros again! This time Landon and Max were the heros. They were on time, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They removed the old damaged heater, replaced with higher quality water heater after reviewing several options with me, re-plumbed the lines to correct water flow for my whole house water circulator, and cleaned everything up before they left. Great price. Super friendly. Family run business. Again, I highly recommend.

After our new kitchen countertop was installed, Jordan did an amazing job reconnecting our new sink, disposal and faucet. The work was done quickly and at a competitive price. Plus he came out on a Saturday with only 4 hours notice. Jordan was so responsive and professional. These guys are now my plumbers of choice.

This was my family’s first time using PlumbPros, and now we know exactly who we’ll call for any issue or future work. My Plumber Pro was Cole, and he came to my basement on a Tuesday due to another Plumbeing Co incompetence. He inspected the pipes found the loose pipe and repaired it.
My new water heater was installed in late 2023- early 2024...which required new pipes, new pathway and some cutting into the drywall. All looked great to a untrained civilian but today, Wednesday I had to call Cole back...he took a closer look and noticed the glue was missing from another pipe and it was all from water heater job.
Thank you for educating me on my issue and returning with a professional demeanor.
