First of all the web page pricing is very deceptive the"$79 Drain Clearing & Cleaning!" has a footnote which you should read before you call them, it has very limited application and does not apply to a typical internal clogged drain. I called because of a clogged drain in a bathroom with a double sink and was billed $450. The technician was timely and fixed the clog. The first issue was he left standing water in both of my new expensive cabinets so obviously no cleanup after completing the job and no attention to my brand new cabinets. The next issue was one of the P-traps had a small leak (it was not leaking before they arrived). So I called them back to correct the problem and when the plumber arrived he said there was no leak. Then the company owner tried to bill me a trip charge to correct a problem that they created so I refused to pay. To me this says a lot about how they run the company, the plumber left the job with a leak and the owner's response is to try and bill me an additional charge on top of the outrageous initial charge. Finally, I put a tray under the P-trap and confirmed that it was in fact leaking and I took pictures. Rather than call them back and get into another heated discussion about billing for faulty work I went to Home Depot, bought the defective part (~$5) and installed myself. It no longer leaks. In summary, timely, semi deceptive pricing, expensive, low quality and not customer focused but totally focused on how much they can charge. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone but would advise to avoid using them.

We needed a repair done on our sewer line, and we were in contact with several companies to do the repair. The Clog Dawg was by far the easiest to work with! Their prices were significantly better than some of the other companies.

Kenny was the technician that we worked with, and he was amazing. He clearly explained everything that was going on, and he was incredibly professional. He didn’t try to pressure us into doing more than necessary, and he was open and transparent. I’m going to call him again the second we need his help with something plumbing related; however, it’s unlikely I’ll need to because he did such a great job.

Kenny just left my home after a thorough evaluation and then resolution of my clogged pipe issue in my master bath. Kenny quickly diagnosed the issue and walked me through every point to ensure I understood what was going on and even recommended preventative future actions. He was extremely kind and patient and answered all of my questions. And on top of that the pricing was totally fair and reasonable. My experience with The Clog Dawg was absolutely amazing! When I called and spoke with Randy he was very professional and immediately put me on the schedule. The technician arrived at my house within the hour...now that's fast service!!! Kenny was the technician and he was very professional and friendly and made sure everything was working properly and left a clean work area before he left. Absolute wonderful service. The Clog Dawg has found a lifetime customer. Highly recommend them!

Over the years, Clog Dawg has replaced our sewer lines, unclogged drains and most recently helped troubleshoot and replace our sink faucet and shut-offs. Kenny was able to come out same day to diagnose and again for the replacement. He did great work, was a pleasure to chat with and left the work area spotless.

I needed to replace my a 15-year old kitchen faucet. The technician (Bill was his name...in one word....AWESOME!) arrived on time, walked me through the process, and got to work right away. He switched out the old with the new faucet without any issues. He answered all of my questions, provided me the opportunity to see the one-piece faucet with the plate and without the plate before hook-up. I really appreciated that. The faucet works great and Bill even installed the included soap dispenser free of charge.

So my kitchen sink clogged up, which it is never done in two years and I called a plumber that I know. He said if you want someone who specializes in clogged pipes, I would call the clog dog.

I gave them a quick call and they said they could be over within a few hours. Kenny Moultrie was very prompt and came over and assessed our problem. He had it fixed very quickly. And the price was very fair.

100 out 5 more like it. These guys ROCK. I can not say enough good things about Steve and Randy and their crew. They came in and gave me a reasonable price and knew exactly what the issue was. The next morning showed up and before the afternoon ended it was done. Outstanding job - if you are in the need for plumbing services these are the folks you call. We had to replace our entire sewer line from the house to the street. This was a big job but as I said they had it done before afternoon was out. We have a few more issues inside and we are already talking about the some of our leaky faucets. Any plumbing issues we have in the future we will be calling Clog Dawg!

Kenny Moultrie with The Clog Dawg came to our home to help us with a drainage problem we were having. He arrived on time (which is refreshing) and got right to work. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He explained things to us as he worked. We felt comfortable with him from the start. While he could not completely finish our job because of factors beyond the scope of what the company can do, he gave us really good suggestions as to what we should do next. The work area was left spotless from a very dirty and gross job. We talked about future plumbing needs for my 69 year old house. I will definitely use The Clog Dawg for all my future plumbing needs. The good people at did everything well. Responsive on the phone. Proactive in notifying me when they were on there way to my house. Quick to diagnose my needs. The customer service provided by the Clog Dawg was outstanding. They quickly returned my phone call and was able to get someone out same-day (I called on a Friday afternoon). Kenny arrived as promised in the window quoted and was able to both diagnose and fix the sewage ejection pump problem the same day. I need to reiterate that this was at the very end of the day on a Friday whereas most plumbers couldn't make it out until Monday or Tuesday the following week - talk about above and beyond! He offered two different potential fixes as well as a stop gap fix in the event we wanted to delay a fix for little longer. I'm always so appreciative of someone who doesn't immediately go for the most expensive fix. Kenny really listened to our needs as we deliberated which one we were interested in moving forwards with and was never pushy. We ended up going with the full pump replacement because he had built up trust and really knew what he was talking about, so we were confident he'd do it right to produce the longest term benefit. The price was fair and the work was top notch. He fixed our problem efficiently and effectively, and described everything with the perfect level of detail. He even recommended some good preventative/damage mitigating recommendations that we could invest in ($12 water alarm from Amazon) in case an issue were to arise again in the basement. This company is amazingly customer centric, they absolutely wowed me with their service and care. Kenny and Clog Dawg will be our first call going forward for all our plumbing needs. Clog dawgs was one of 4 companies we called to look at our cast iron situation. Years of buildup closed them almost completely. Upon the initial investigation Kenneth took us thru our whole system explaining everything in detail. The other companies basically gave a flat amount with no explanation. One company tried to charge us an extra $1000 to remove the pipes from the crawl space after they were replaced. We went with Kenneth who was able to come the very next day and he did an amazing job. He took pictures of everything he did and even sent us a video walking us thru the changes. We are so glad we choose Clog Dawgs and will use them for all our future needs.

The Clog Dawg company are great, we had a back up in our backyard, coming from our neighbors clean out.Steve and Kenny showed up ,hydrojetted the line,problem solved.While running a camera through mine and the neighbors line ,both lines being 60 yrs old,we decided to replace them with pvc.The job was great. Fast, reliable and fair pressure washing. Steve and Kenny were very professional for a big job at our residence. They showed up on time, gave a very fair price, and did a phenomenal job. Steve did an amazing job quickly clearing a 40+ year old section of black corrugated downspout pipe that was clogged full of roots and debris with the hydrojet! Having the right equipment and the skill to use it made this look easy, and didn't damage the old pipes. I then asked him to jet several other drainage lines and the main sewer line as preemptive maintenance. I'm very happy with Steve and Clog Dawg's prompt service and great price, I won't need to worry with these again for many years. Thank you Steve!

There was a smell coming from the basement space where our sump pump is housed. Originally contacted a different plumber, who showed up diagnosed the issue,wanted to do it same day, we shared not same day but in a few. We then reached out to said plumber to continue the discussion and plan, he ghosted us.

We then reach out to clog dawg. They answered right away, scheduled a day and time. Kenny Moultrie showed up on day, evaluated the situation, and shared plan to resolve.

He did not press to resolve the issue. Instead we discussed timing, price, and that was it.

The professionalism sold it for me.

I called the following day to reschedule the time to start the job, and it was smooth.

Worked with Kenny who got my leak taken care of within a couple of hours of the leak starting, which included opening up a ceiling and replacing a section of pipe. Great and honest work, was transparent, and who I will be using for any future issues. Also replaced my recirculation pump and did a great job of install and explanation of the pump electronics and app. Certainly a company that is focusing on establishing loyalty through professionalism and finding the best solution for their customers.
