I had a horrible experience with my bathroom remodel. Basically, the contractor created a water leak by NOT tightening the shower head. Well I was referred to Ben Franklin pluming and Tray came right away. My shower head was fixed within an hour!

It’s been a year after using this business and I’m still having issues with the same problem that I called them for, which was a water leak, originating from the toilet water supply and the water pipe. I’ve tried calling this business and the multiple numbers several times and I’ve gotten “the number you are trying to call is no longer in service”

I will not recommend this business to my friends and family.

Brian from Benjamin Franklin came to my rescue when we had a leak under the garbage disposer in my kitchen sink. Brian showed up promptly and took his time fixing it right by replacing it with a new one. The price he quoted was fair and more importantly , he was friendly and professional. He was very experienced in this field and did a thorough job. I would definitely call him next time I need a plumber.
