Gene did an excellent job installing a reverse osmosis system, cleaning our tankless water heater and installing a bidet. He took the time to explain the system and answer all our questions. He was on time for the appointment, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Gene arrived on time, assessed the work and provided an estimate on the spot. The work he performed was excellent. He even fixed couple of other issues that I did not even know I had. Recommend without without reservation.

this is the place for my first call any time i need materials he guys here take pride in knowing what everything is to help their contractors faster and better than anyone else and if you have been in the industry long enough you know how it is to go in a supply house where the staff has no clue what your talking about you wont get that here top notch service every time

So sad...need to change their google presence because I went out of way to go to the showroom then told just a distributor. Usually deal with the friendly folks in Douglasville but was only 15 minutes away in Marietta, needing to make some selections and fill some time before another appointment.

Horrible customer service.
Jessica spent each time I was there complaining about her own kitchen remodel, her husband, her customers, their billing company and yes, even her BOSS. She never even thanked me for my business. I wanted to help the local economy by buying local but clearly that was a mistake. When I picked up my sink she tacked on a $30 freight charge with NO WARNING. And when my husband called to request a refund of this charge she hung up on him.
Due to this unprofessional behavior, I refuse to use them for the 2 bathroom remodels ahead of us. In fact I will never buy from them again. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Cody came and located the problem from his initial inspection. He corrected the issue within a few minutes. I would recommend his services

I had a kitchen faucet replacement need and I went through the app Angi to get the project completed. Those that use this app know that you place your payment option online and a servicer comes out to complete the work once the work is completed they charge the card on file. The contractor came and quoted a significantly higher price for the project. I then came to an agreement due to the contractor stating unforeseen issues with the project.

I left for work while the contractor was still working on the sink and received a phone call from my wife stating she paid on the spot and was told not to worry about the pending payment with Angi that they would reach out to inform that the payment was made on site.

This was not true, my account was charged by the contractor and through Angi which I've filed a complaint and await a response.

The actual work was done correctly but the payment was the issue.

On time. Professional. Courteous and insightful. Pointed out shortcuts that originally came from previous dishwasher installation and corrected it. I had scheduled an estimate. The price was appropriate and installation completed in about an hour...

The ac condenser pipe had a leak in it and needed to be replaced and my furnace filter also needed replacing. I got both tgings fixed at a responable price in a timely manner. The worker was sweet and fast amd very mannerable. Ill definitely be using services again.

Kriss came for the home gaurd membership plumbing inspections. He checked my water heater and found a part that was going bad. I was having an intermittent issue with my toilet water not filling. He helped resolve all my issues. He explained things in detail and was very patient. He's very knowledgeable. I recommend this company with 5 stars!!

Was spoken to rudely by the receptionist after the issue with my plumbing was not fixed. I was told I didn’t understand plumbing (obviously that’s why I called you to fix the plumbing). Was scolded for giving a one star review and told that they would dispute. The techs were nice and cordial just didn’t fix the issue.

Joe was great! Very professional and courteous. He was done in no time and thoroughly cleaned our vents to resolve an issue with our dryer. Highly recommend!

Geo fixed or shower and we are so great full. We had a lot of questions and he answered them all while also updating us frequently so that we knew what was going on.
