Went to SCS for firewood. Fast and extremely friendly service. Everyone there was helpful. The firewood I purchased was well seasoned and all hardwood.

Their equipment left my driveway severely compromised, with a large depression and cracking.

Had a small problem but with a limb damaging my roof but Total Tree handled the problem quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company. The prices are fair and the work was great

The representative was unprofessional. He sat outside my house talking on the phone. I had to call and ask if that was a service person from Total Tree Solutions. I definitely decided to use a different company immediately after he departed.

EXCELLENT JOB!!! I had a 30' Cypress split at the trunk three ways threatening my house, neighbors fence and damaging my fence.
Dakota came through and in a brief look, gave me a very reasonable quote and explaination as to how they were going to accomplish the job; he even offered to throw in the grinding of another stump I had from a previous tree.

As most good stewarts, i compared quotes from another tree service who told me I would have to take my fence apart or I'd pay $400 more than what I was quoted.

Total Tree Solutions (Melissa) called me two days prior to my scheduled service to offer earlier service due to rain threats in the area. They came two days early and ON TIME.

Dakota jumped on that tree so fast, stripping all the branches from the bottom, then he had one of his workers scale that gargantuan tree to chop it up with precision from the top. The rest of the guys like an army of ants took to the branches while Dakota took to the bobcat and grinded them up. They were in and out within an hour. Couldn't ask for better.

Excellent customer service and even better work! We’ve had rain for 6 weeks straight and TTS was able to remove 9 trees, grind all stumps, and remove all wood chips without putting a single rut in my yard. I thought for sure I’d have to fill in ruts or put down sod. TTS far exceeded my expectations and I will use them for all future tree removal.

Awful!!!!!! I have used many tree services in the past that were great and scheduled me within a week and had the tree down within a week. I have never dealt with the lies or the awful customer service this place has.Was scheduled a month out which was fine for a dead pine close to my home. Month came and gone and tree was not taken down.When I called they stated they had to reschedule me for another month down the road even though they knew this was a dead tree close to a home and should have been a priority. Use Tomahawk tree service if you need one. Stay away from this group. They cherry pick jobs and are not worth your time. Owner and people in customer service are terrible.

Very Poor Customer Service - I called for service and was very surprised about the rate quoted, but since I was new to the McDonough area and the business owner indicated they were Christians, I decided to use them. It took about a month for someone to come out. But when he came, he removed the wrong tree. I called him immediately to inform him that He removed the wrong tree and asked that he come back and remove the tree we discussed. I even negotiated another payment for the mistake that he made, thinking it was a lack of communication. I paid him EXTRA, over and beyond the already high price he quoted me. We agreed that he would provide firewood for the tree that he cut down. We'll it took him another 6 weeks for him to come back and finish the job! And he never gave me the firewood that we agreed upon. I guess it was my foolish mistake thinking that he was a Christian brother that I could trust. Never again!

Total Tree Solutions had done many jobs for us. They are prompt, fast, professional and clean up wonderfully after job is complete. Very satisfied and always refer this company.

Total Tree Solutions ROCKS!!! Their crew came in to my back yard to remove 3 large hardwood trees. Such precision to remove all three trees using the crane which minimized the damage and mess. They placed plywood on the ground and grass to protect it from being damaged by the big trucks. I have an in ground pool and it wasn't even touched by the mess at all. I was so impressed at the way their crew works together never missing a beat. They removed the trees and cleaned every leaf up from my yard and surrounding areas. Tim and Dakota are Tree PROS!!!
