These guys know what they are doing!!! We had another bid before we talked to them. When Dakota came out to bid on the job, he showed me which tree HAD to come down. We had asked for a bid on another tree. The price was so much lower than the other company we almost got two trees for the price of one. They cleaned up their mess and some othe debris that had been there for a while. They own the equipment!

When I first spoke with Total Tree I thought everything was going to be okay. They scheduled me for 3 weeks out because they were booked up which wasn't a problem. They were supposed to call me the day before to let me know if they were coming and what time but no one called. They called the day they were supposed to cut the tree and said because of the weather they couldn't cut the tree down, which was okay because it was raining. I was told someone would call me in a couple of days to let me know if they would be able to do it at the end of the week. Well the next day my kids called me when they got home from school and told me the tree had been cut down. I'm like, 'What!? No one called me to let me know. Also, my neighbor calls me that night and tells me there was a leak that Total Tree caused that made our water brown for a while; but they repaired it. No one called me to say this is what happened or anything. I get a call from the office manager the next day asking for payment. She had been out for a couple of days and no one apparently told her what happened the day before. I tell her what happened and she had no clue! She apologized and was nice about it but that's not how you do things. I don't care if you fix it, you are supposed to let the homeowner know what transpired while on their property. That is why I wanted to be home and asked them before they came out to let me know so that I could be present. SO not happy with them. She didn't even offer to give me a discount for what happened nor anything toward my next service if I ever need them. I have more trees to be removed but will go with someone else instead.

I want to say that Total Tree Solutions has got the equipment to get any size job done. Their prices are very reasonable. We were amazed of the task they performed. We had some very old trees close to the front porch of our house and most of the job needed to be done from the road. All I can say is that they did such agreat job that I would rrecommend them to everyone who needs a tree job done. Thanks TTS

Scheduling and estimate was easy and the estimator called before he arrive and actually showed up a little early, which I appreciated. Very professional and friendly. I felt their estimate was very fair. The only problem was I asked if we could have the job completed by the end of May and he said it shouldn't be a problem, but he'd have his scheduler call me and confirm. Unfortunately, when she called they wouldn't be able to come out until the second week of June at the earliest. The scheduler was apologetic and understanding of our disappointment. We ended up going with another company due to the scheduling. I would still recommend them, but only if you have time to spare since the earliest appointment was a month and a half out.

On time and went right to work. Being a contractor myself in a completely field, it was great seeing them do what they said they would do.

Tim Malin is a Henry County native and with an outstanding record. His group was at my property from nearly 8am until dark that night. They removed multiple trees, ground down existing stumps, and ground down all of the stumps of the tress that were cut. To be fair, I was very specific with my directions for working on my property, and they did everything I asked. All of the tree debris was removed , but the lion share of stump chips were not. The piles of chips in my yard are starting to level out as promised. For the work done, my yard was only rutted VERY slightly. We had had a great deal of rain, so it was to be expected. When I brought this to Tim's attention, he offered to have some guys come out to fix it. What a great group of folks! I would be amazed if you have a bad experience working with this company. Highly recommended!

Total Tree did a great job in the removal of 5 trees from around my house. They arrived EARLY, wasted no time, and professionally removed the trees and ground the stumps we needed removed. They even asked about two other small trees which had to be removed to facilitate a dead pine. All divots in the yard were filled in (this happens when huge trees fall on the ground-not anyone's fault!!), and the clean up was spotless. Their price was much better than the other companies we got estimates from. Zero complaints and a great job!

Watching this crew work is amazing. Seriously skilled at what they do. They safely took out a 30 ton oak in 2 hours.

Got a written estimate for a large oak tree removal for $1215 with the 10% off coupon on their website.
After about six weeks of waiting on their schedule, they came out to do the job. After looking at the tree they said they now needed $2500 to cut it down----more than double the original quote. Shady.
Claimed they couldn't make any money on the job at the price I’d been quoted; gave a story that they'd recently fired their previous estimator.
I told them to leave.
Two other companies came out and gave very similar estimates, all within $250 of each other; I chose Total Tree because they were the only ones to put their estimate in writing. I mistakenly thought that meant something...
Called the office and expressed my displeasure. The person who answered was nice and said she’d have the owner call me. Never happened. Not that it would have mattered; I’d NEVER have them do the work at this point. I'll use someone else who still has some integrity.

Total Tree Solutions cut down 4 large trees in my yard and did an amazing job. They arrived early and went right to work . A crew of very efficient , professional and friendly guys. They got my trees down and cleaned everything up and my yard looked great . I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a tree service company . They are definitely the company I will use again if needed.

Highly recommend this company. Best estimate out of 2 others. They took down two old pecan trees for us today in less than 2 hrs. Excellent service, came on time, hard working crew, respectful workers. Each worker had their own jobs with all equipment needed to do the job safely with no damage to our place. Cleaned up all the rubbish and left our yard in great condition. Very impressed with their modern equipment and they recycled everything they cut down. Great job everyone. Total Tree deserves my 5 star rating from beginning to end. First, they responded to my request for Quotation promptly and got the job. They showed up promptly as scheduled and reviewed the job with me before beginning. They took down the 5 dead pines in short order and walked the job over with me. My compliments to Hunter and crew for a job well done.

Horrible company! Destroyed my grass and parked a fleet of vehicles on my property without permission. Refused to even identify which neighbor they are working for. Removed only one tree!

This company excels in customer service.... from the promptness of the quote, to scheduling, to getting the job done. This was a single tree (100+ foot pine) in our back yard that they had to maneuver around our septic tank to cut.
And when it was all taken care of they blew our back yard and the entire length of our driveway. We will not use another tree company....

Goes beyond 5 stars! The team is extremely knowledgeable and fast. No mess left behind, i told them about my driveway and maybe saw my new sod so they go around my neighbors driveway! Very smart. And guess what? They are the cheapest out of 8 companies that i called. I still have plenty of pine, i will surely call them again if i need cutting.

Total Tree Solutions removed eight very large pine trees for us. We were amazed at their efficiency, care for our property, yard, surrounding plants and neighboring trees. Nothing was damaged. They finished the job within a matter of three and a half hours, which included cleaning up and grinding two stumps. The staff were professional, courteous and the price was affordable. Needed a tree cut down... Gave me a great quote.. Scheduled me a date.. It usually take 2 weeks which is normal considering other jobs they do.. Came out cut it down and grinded the stump in a hour... Tree gone.. That's my dogs favorate spot now.. Good job!

Our neighbors had all their trees removed from their front yard but Total tree solutions used our yard to do it. No one came to let us know work was going to be done. Not even the neighbors. Our grass was damaged in the process that we worked on for years. When my husband called the company to let them know what happened the secretary was very rude and try to put the blame on us for not contacting the neighbors. Professionalism went out the window, that is not our responsibility. Plus the secretary hung up on my husband when he asked for the owners name. This is pictures of what they did to our yard.

The gentlemen with Total Tree Solutions are extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had a dying tree removed from our property and TTS executed the job with care and efficiency. They also have the best rates around. I highly recommend this company.

Total Tree Solutions removed several trees in my back yard, after discovering stumps that were not completely grinded, I called to report it. Shortly thereafter a representative returned and took care of the issue. I am well pleased with their service.
