Inquired about an estimate for service and the communication from the company was horrible. Still haven't heard back from the 3 day options giving to "stop by" and see when they had a lunch break. Disappointing smdh!

WARN: This company left debris all over my yard and dismissed it as “industry standard.” That’s not just a low bar—it reflects a lack of commitment to quality and customer care. Even after acknowledging the issue, they made no real effort to correct it on-site.

Rather than making a genuine effort to resolve the issue, they treated my concerns as an inconvenience and made it clear they had no real interest in making things right. It wasn’t just inadequate—it was a refusal to take responsibility.What’s even more disappointing is the overall lack of professionalism—poor communication, slow or no responses, and a clear unwillingness to resolve concerns constructively.

If you value thorough work, accountability, and basic customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this business.

I’m new to GA and been struggling with finding a good lawn service company. I Stumbled upon this great company through some google searches in my area. Just had my first service today emerging from winter. They communicated with me along the way and use quick book to send me invoices. Very professional unlike the other law guys I am used to having to send cash app or Zelle payments. To make things better, service was absolutely perfect. I’m a locked in subscriber moving forward.

Pro Terrains work is incredible. I was searching for hours for reliable lawn care. A company that not only knows how to grow and KEEP a healthy lawn, but also how to keep a property pristine.
