We hired Paur Foundation as a second opinion after one company quoted us an unreasonable amount and used scare tactics on us. Mr. Pair was very reasonable and down to earth. He did not try to up sell us on services we didnt need and we didn't feel he used scare tactics to sell his services. He was good at responding to communication, and the repairs were done in just a few days. I would highly recommend this company if you need foundation repairs.

We used this company to repair foundation problems on our church. We recommend them without hesitation. They kept us informed on what they were doing and completed the work in a timely fashion. Pair Foundation Solutions just finished repairing the foundation of one of my church's buildings. When the work was completed all I could say was "Wow"! Initially the building had several "cracks" in the exterior walls. When we met with the Pair brothers the foundation repair was explained to us in great detail. Now that the repair is complete, you would never know that we ever had a problem. From the beginning they have been so professional in their work, communication and timeline. Pair Foundation Solutions is a great company. The Pair brothers came out, explained what was wrong with my home's foundation and how they would fix it. And that is exactly what they did. I have used this company before due to a different foundation problem. Both times I have been completely satisfied with the work they have done. I found Mr Kent Pair, who repaired my foundation the 1st time, and both of his sons are very knowledgeable in the work that they perform. The fact that they are probably the nicest people that I have ever hired to repair my home just makes it that much better. I would not hesitate to call them again.

We had assessments and proposals done by three different companies for a failure in our home's exterior foundation, resulting in significant cracking of mortar and separation between the bricks on most of one side of our home. All three proposals were similar, though there was a significant difference in one of the three in terms of placement of the helical piers to be placed under our home's structure - the one from Pair Foundation Solutions. The verbal description of what they would do, and why, was quite detailed and made the most sense to us as homeowners without construction experience.

Their communication between initial contact and starting the work was acceptable in terms of keeping us advised of expected completion date, with explanations that were entirely reasonable. And during the three days of completion, they were very open to questions, with acceptable answers at all times - never rushed.

In the end, the work was completed as expected, with excellent cleanup and proper contouring of the ground to limit further issues despite neighborhood ground slopes directing water onto our property from neighboring property. The price was competitive and we could not be more satisfied with the unfortunately required work to repair our home's foundation, as well as with their care in restoring the brick work to minimize any appearance of previous problems.

I leave few Google reviews, but this one was most definitely warranted and earned. I knew nothing of the Pair brothers or their company before searching for solutions, and am satisfied that we made the best decision we could have made. I would strongly recommend Pair Foundation Solutions for any needed work for which they are qualified to accomplish. Get it done sooner rather than later, before more damage occurs.

Cannot say enough positive things about these guys. Professional, and very knowledgeable. They took their time to really look at what was happening and to help us figure out solutions to a few ongoing problems. So appreciate their time and experience! We’ve had a few places come before and didn’t offer much more than a shrug. I’m relieved to have a better idea of what needs to happen to remedy our problems
