With the absolute unbelief of what we were facing as home owners the plumbing and foundation repairs when Pair Foundation Solutions was referred to us. From the beginning they were prompt with identifying the needs to repair our foundation, sent quote, started and finished the job per their word. They went above and beyond explaining what needed to be done, answering questions, staying on time and within their quote. You don't find businesses, much less in construction that do as they say, do quality work and have your best interest in mind. I would and have highly recommended this company.

Pair Foundation Solutions installed four Helical Piers under the slab of my home to prevent further settling issues. They actually corrected the door alignments that were no longer level due to the settling. I would use them again and recommend them to other homeowners.

I had a problem last fall and called John Pair and he met me down by lake bottom in midtown and got back to me with an estimate. He set a time to do the job showed up on time and was done in less than a week. I asked them lots of questions and they showed me how they did the process by showing me on another job they were working on. Also they gave me lots of references and the quote was very detailed so I knew what I was getting.
If I have another situation I would definitely call them!!

John Pair and his crew were so easy to work with! They communicated efficiently and effectively from day 1. The work was done well, and they took care of the space around them. They arrived when they said they would and the job lasted as long as estimated. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for foundation repairs.

This company did awesome work. Got out there quickly and the repairs are phenomenal. I was trying to sell my daughter's home and needed it done fast. The work is warranted and it was a selling point for new buyers. On top of that just sweet and caring company . Highly recommend.

SOLID COMPANY. They are a local company started by the father and now run by his sons. Being local, they understand that for their company to thrive their work must speak for itself.
The brothers were professional from the start. They explained what needed to happen, how it would be done and what I could expect during and after the process.
I was also told no payment was required until all the work was completed. This actually says a good amount about the company itself. Most construction companies require you to give a substantial deposit before starting any work. A company that doesn’t demand a payment before it starts, is a company that manages itself well and lets the quality of their work speak for itself.
Once the work started, they and their team showed up at 0900 every morning and worked hard all day. They were serious about what they were doing. When the work was finally completed, they cleaned up the site and assured it met my expectations.
I feel very fortunate to have found the Pair Foundation Company. Working with them was a good experience from start to finish.

This is the second house and second time I have used Pair Foundation Solutions. I got two estimates, one from Pair and the other from the company that advertises that everyone has heard of.

I got a salesman that was not thorough in the assessment and only looked at the front of the house and completely missed the side with cracked mortar and bricks. To top it off, their estimate was higher than Pair for less work/helical piers.

Contrast that with Pair who spent a lot of time at my home evaluating the damage and inspecting the house.

I highly recommend Pair over the competition.

Pair Foundation Solutions showed up when they said the would, were very professional, did quality work at a fair price. I was amazed at their ability to delicately maneuver their excavator between our property and the neighbor’s. I would definitely call on them again if needed.
