Mitch arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appt. He sent a confirmation text letting me know his exact ETA. He covered his feet when entering to keep my carpet clean. He was very professional and detailed with explaining what system and services I needed. I felt comfortable and confident after he answered all my questions. I will use Peachtree Service Experts for all my heating and cooling needs.

I want to not only value this company as literally I called them because my heat had went out, but they told me it could be 2-4 hours for a tech to get to come out that very same day. I was honestly surprised at that. I called them in the afternoon past 2pm. I was expecting the next day or maybe 3 days later for an appointment. I’ve been in the construction business so I understand last second phone calls. Literally this company had a tech out from 30 minutes of my phone call. Not only that he was 100% real and honest about what needed to be done to my unit. My unit is a very expensive unit and the blower motor went out, the previous home owner replace 75% of the guts but the blower motor wasn’t. I was told that I will need a new furnace unit but expressed how I literally just dropped 38k on a down payment for the house. Mitchell Majette was honest with me and let me know that this fix being made may solve my problems for now but to save as I need to prepare for a a new furnace unit in the future. I respect that 100%. Now I know to have extra money set to the side but for the time being my heat is running. He went above and beyond and it genuinely shows the person he is as well as the company. They could’ve have simply said hey, this is going to cost $4500 to replace and not repair. But he understood my situation and bought me time to save back up. Thank you Mitchell for all you did and prolonging a 21 year unit. Your the champ

My initial contact with a representative from Peachtree Service Experts was very professional. She took my information and provided me a detailed explanation of the initial cost of the service fee. The technician, Tari, arrived within the time frame that I was given and he did a thorough job in getting my system up and running. I was struck by his professionalism and the time he took to explain the work he did on my system. In my opinion he is an asset to the company. Needed to call a second time because the AC again stopped working. This time James came out and determined that the system was low on coolant. So far the system is still running and I am thankful that James correctly diagnosed the issue.

My tech Lamar was at my house yesterday for annual maintenance check-up. I just had to shout out what a wonderful experience it was, lately I had some bad experiences with service providers but I wanted to tell you that Lamar was like a breath of fresh air. He was thorough,he was professional and he was pleasant. Thank you Lamar. Thank you Peachtree Services for employing such a great guy.

Chris Black was my service rep and did a great job. He got our system back up and running and informed us of best practices to keep our heating running properly through these cold months we’re having.

Tari was very thorough, explained the problem and cause. Excellent customer service. Would definitely request him again for any future calls.

Mitch and Cortez arrived quickly and immediately found the problem. Both tech were courteous, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. They did a full system check to make sure everything was running smoothly. Excellent service and cool air was restored!!

The owner was very friendly and quick. He did not hesitate and easily fixed my air problem.He provided information and told me how often I should have my air checked. I am a fairly recent member of the Strand Brother customer system. At the time of our purchase of the system, many promises were made. We have been very pleased with our decision. Kind, professional and on time is how the day started.
Samuel M. our tech appeared to have more knowledge than many seasoned service personnel that I have met. Strand Brothers is doing a great job of having Samuel M. represent their company. I look forward to having Samuel visit my home any time. After explaining his findings to us we felt comfortable that the service was completed with respect to what our service agreement had been promised. I'm a happy and satisfied customer! Ty and Minh are my rescuers and saved the day for me! Back story, I have had this HVAC system for 14 years, Ty has been my wonderful and very knowledgeable Technician and Installer for all that time. I am in the Maintenance Program and get my spring and fall check ups. A delight always to see Ty and know I am in his very capable hands. Last evening, after 8:30 pm, I got home to a very hot house, I called the emergency line and spoke with a nice young man that listed me on the repair service today. Ty and Minh stayed in touch via phone calls and emails as they worked their way to my rescue! After Ty got here, he diagnosed the problem, left to get the part and returned and installed it. Cold air is back and flowing in my home! I feel so very Blessed to know that I have Ty looking out for me, Ty’s skill set is outstanding and it is just great to know that I can call and get help that fast! Ty has treated me so well, and he is just amazing! That level of care and concern is so wonderful! Thank you to Ty & Minh!

Zach and Terrance just left and they were great! Very personable and professional. They made some really good recommendations and I didn't feel like i was being sold to. I highly recommend them both. I will request them for my next service needs

Momodou (Kennesaw office) was excellent, thorough and very professional. He advised me of the need for a float switch and answered my questions. Did not leave anything behind, put everything back the way he found it. Thank you for great customer service!

Mitch and Brian came to evaluate my HVAC and complete a semi annual maintenance check. They were so informative, kind, and and honest with what is needed and what can wait to be changed out. I would recommend this company service/maintenance package to everyone I know you can count on them to be very professional and on time! I am very satisfied with the service.

I had my air conditioner system serviced by Minh he is very conscientious. I’ve seen him do things that other technicians haven’t done clean my system check to make sure everything was flowing correctly and I’m pleased with the service he gave. I think he did a very good job. Thank you.

PT Experts and Terrance were absolutely wonderful. I called T the last minute as I was having issues with my homeowners insurance policy. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. Terrance did a very thorough inspection of my HVAC line, the exterior and interior of my home. He was able to determine it was not a HVAC line problem. Thank you Terrance for the thorough inspection and explaining things to me every step of the way!

Minh is a very smart man. He has done a great job her on the servicing of my air conditioner and furnace. He is a very intelligent person really knows what he’s doing. I have never had a service complete as it was to. Thank you for sending Minh

Ty is a “TRUE PROFESSIONAL”; asset to your organization!!! He’s extremely knowledgeable and courteous individual. I will “ALWAYS”request his services. He’s patient, he answers customer’s questions, and he’s a straight up technician!

Lamar just finished up with my routine maintenance appointment and his service was fantastic! He called ahead to make sure arriving EARLY would work with my schedule. He was very professional and efficient with the maintenance checks, showed me the new filter, and answered a couple of questions I had regarding duct cleaning. The quality of service from Lamar and every Peachtree Service Experts employee I’ve had the pleasure of working with is one of the reasons I continue to be a very happy customer!
