Peachtree Service Experts is truly amazing. Being a member of their service program where they come in a quarterly basis to maintain our AC units really puts your mind at ease.

Chris and Joe from service are really nice. They came over when I needed regular maintenance and unexpected service needed to get my units back up and running.

Jamil, Robert and Tyler were really great at installing my new unit and did everything perfectly. They took the time to explain everything to me which was very much appreciated.

Ty was such a joy to work with. He came by and quickly assessed the reason for my air conditioner not working. Ty immediately replaced a damaged part and explained to me its function. Ty did a great job inspecting my HVAC systems (one upstairs, one downstairs) for the winter. He was very professional and efficient going about his business with confidence and competence. My unit was a pain and I felt very bad that he had to be out there in the cold so long but he worked until he got it fixed. Ty is a very good tech. He has been servicing our systems for many years. He never pushes us to buy things we don’t need , but is very good at suggesting and installing upgrades that have been excellent additions, like ultra-violet lights to kill viruses. He is very friendly and we enjoy his visits on bi-annual services.

Wow, what fantastic service I was able to get when I was in such dire need. My heat valve needed replacement and I am so glad that I called the right company! Ty was my service man with his assistant Chris and together they explained the procedure to give me a clear understanding. They went above and beyond and gave me also a free filter that was top quality. Great to know there are technicians like Ty that care about the customer and aim to please. Their professional service has won my choice for my future heating and air needs. So glad they also work on weekends along with 8:00 pm during the week.

Ferris did an incredible job with maintenance tune up servicing for the two units in my home. The units had not been serviced in over a year and Ferris patiently walked me through all of the diagnostic testing and results and helped me understand the best way to resolve issues as they were revealed. Would highly recommend asking for Ferris when you book your bi-annual maintenance!

I have been a customer for almost 2 years, and this company has not failed me. I am notified when it is time for routine maintenance, and the price is beyond reasonable! The company is consistent, and that means a ton. I have had 3 technicians, and they were all great, but the most recent, Ferris, stood out. He reached out an hour before his appointment window to give me an update, and kept me updated up until he made it to my place. He did his thing, made recommendations, AND provided quotes for the work. This company has a great team.

Terrance Anderson, Residential Service Technician, serviced my AC system today and he was excellent. He was very thorough and took his time to show me exactly what he was doing step by step. Ty from Peachtree Service Experts came out to our home today to complete our annual service. He was amazing! He took the time to fully assess our HVAC systems, cleaned the coils on our air compressors, and unclogged both condensation lines that I didn't realize were clogged. Ty took the time to walk me through what he inspected, what services he provided and what steps I could take to care for my systems. I was throughly impressed by Ty the the service he provided.

Ty is the best technician that has serviced my heating and air conditioner unit since l have been in my home. I have had quite a few technicians here. He takes his time and ensures that the work that is needed to be performed is done to perfection. He is very friendly and has a great personality.

Our technician, Tari, was great! From the moment he entered our house, he put on his shoe coverings and he explained everything he was going to check on our furnace. He was very pleasant, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Peachtree Service Experts and especially Tari, our technician.

Received recent service from Peachtree Service Experts. Can’t say this for everyone… Requested Ty who was super, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He and Mitch (also great) restored my heat, provided maintenance and repairs…. a job that could have easily taken days was done in an hour or so. Overall great service. I am truly grateful!
