The technicians arrived during the time window I was given, were masked and wore booties. We had a problem with some outlets and an overhead light in a bedroom, and they checked every outlet to determine where the problem was located. Once they had determined the problem, they repaired it and showed me that every outlet was working, even the ones that were working before. They then had me right down the correct spelling of my name and email address. I received an email while they were still here with the invoice. I wrote a check and they were on their way. This is a very professional outlet and I would highly recommend them.

On Thursday, I called to get an estimate on having a new outlet installed in my garage and was told someone would come out to provide an estimate next Tuesday. That Monday they called to say they wouldn’t be able to keep that appointment and needed to push it out to Friday. On Friday they called and again said they needed to reschedule because the tech couldn’t come out. I was told the tech would be out first thing Monday morning. I rearranged my schedule so I could be available but the tech never showed up and I never got a call about it. This company wasted more than a week of my time. If you need timely help, call someone else.

Bell Electric is the real deal. I called looking for a licensed master electrician because I wanted trust I was protected with multiple projects. The first time I called I had an emergency repair issue and the call answering allowed me to get the info I needed trust the price and pay for value. Not to mention the tech that came out cares about the lowest price for the most immediate best value long term. I realized this from dealing with other companies in the area that could care less about you but want your quote now. I have no problems with paying the price here.

All of my electric outlets in my living room stopped working on 12/29. Called on Monday morning 12/30/19 and had an appointment later on the same day. Gabriel came in, very professional and fixed my issue within 20 minutes. Showed me what the issue was and gave me a recommendation on what to do and not to do in the future....Education!Pricing is good and fair, work quality and customer service excellent ! This is the only electrician I will use. I’ve used them multiple times and each time they are easy to schedule, show up on time, do great work and at a reasonable price. At our new house they installed multiple ceiling fans and light fixtures in one morning and made sure everything looked great and worked correctly before leaving.

Gabriel came to my house today to investigate an issue with our floor warming system in the master bath. He didn't install it, and wasn't the electrician who we had used when this system had an issue in the past. We will use Gabriel for every electrical need from now on. He was patient and spent a lot of time on the phone with the floor warming company to understand the history of the installation and prior issue. He was knowledgable and patient. He explained everything to me in language I could understand. Highly recommend him and his company.

I had a metal garage installed which I needed to be fully wired up. Bell LLC did everything from drop the conduit into the ground before my slab was poured, to adding a 60 amp panel with exterior shut off, multiple outlets, as well as interior and exterior lights. Family owned and operated business managed by a nice group of people. Highly reccommend business!
