Amazing service. They did the initial replacement of the electric panel and installed recessed lights on my home 2 years ago. And now I had a surge from a storm and was still able to rely on McLaughlin Electric! Reliable and good service. Special shoutouts to Jerome and Marcus.

As I have moved from a condo to a single-family home in recent years, Mr. Jerome McLaughlin and his staff at McLaughlin Electric have serviced all of my electrical needs. McLaughlin Electric has provided my family and me with quality service, tackling various electrical projects, including the repair of light fixtures and, most recently, the replacement of an AC-powered smoke detector. McLaughlin Electric responds quickly to customer requests and works with a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and skill, being able to complete successfully diverse electrical work projects while also informing customers about how each project relates to the proper operation of a home. As my family and I plan for a basement buildout in the next few years, we look forward to working with McLaughlin Electric to assist in those efforts.

McLaughlin Electric was fantastic! Sent Marcus out within an hour of my call, on a Saturday. Marcus was very nice and professional. My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend to all.

We have had an overhead light and some outlets that haven’t been working for years. We had another company come and spent 4 hours trying to locate the problem and they were unsuccessful. McLaughlin Electric was able to come same day, solved the problem in 15 minutes and cost less than the previous company was estimating. We will absolutely use them again!

I had such a wonderful experience with the entire team from booking to service! I recently got an EV and needed an outlet and charging station installed in my garage so I can charge my car overnight. I called around and not only were they nice but they were able to send someone the same day for a consultation. Marcus was the technician and he was so kind in explaining what needed to be done. The price was very competitive and the service was quick. If I ever need electrical work in the future this will be the 1st place I call.

They were highly responsive and reached out to my immediate need quickly, asked clarifying questions, follow up quickly by getting me on the schedule and communicated with me on the timing via the app as well as via phone call. great communication from them!

The technician, Marcus was highly professional, articulated what he was going to do clearly, and completed the job quickly. We installed a ceiling fan with remote control, and he programmed the remote and showed us how to use it as well and cleaned up more than we were even expecting. Marcus was extremely friendly and they were on time exactly when they said they would be here. Again, highly recommend them, and we will definitely be using them again.
