He was communicative, pleasant, and my goodness he knew his stuff! He was able to get our station installed exactly how my husband wanted it and our cat is currently charging in our garage right now. Ok, purchased a new Chevy Bolt EUV and General Motors paid for the installation and permit for my charger. GM uses Qmerit to facilitate getting an Electric service company and the choice was Capital City. They were onsite Wednesday to get me their quote and the electrician was out Thursday to install. The electrician was Jason Rapnoltz. I was exhausted watching him and all the work going into the installation. He worked with us setting up the phone app and getting the Bolt setup with the home location based charging. Everything went great. The Bolt was at full charge at 5 pm. If you need a charger installation give them a call and ask for Jason.

I needed to convert my finished basement into a private apartment for my mother-in-law. John S came out and walked me through several different options. John S was very knowledgeable about all of the relevant codes and gave excellent advice as to how we could accomplish our goals while staying under our budget. Zack did most of the wire pulling and installation and did it quickly, efficiently, and without a mess. Zack did an excellent job of communicating what he had to do, and when and for how long he might have to turn off the power. Both John and Zack answered all of my questions in a thorough and professional manner. It was a pleaser to interact with all of the staff, even the invoicing team. Jen E also did an excellent job of helping even though what I was trying to do was new to her.

Jason R. came to the house to install our new EV electric charging unit. He came first to scope & plan the installation and then came back to do the actual install. And he did a great job - he was fast, accurate and knows his trade very well. There was not a doubt that he knew what he was doing and that when he came back, the actual job would match up to his plan and quote. I'd give him a solid A+ for a grade and would use him again.
