Stephen was the technician today.. It was his first time here. He knocked on the door to let me know he was here. We talked and he was very nice and friendly. I showed him where previous technicians apparently have been missing the property line and had about 2 feet of weeds on my side. Stephen said he would take care of those weeds while he was here and apply granular fertilizer to the rest of the lawn. Nice young man and good at communicating.

Turf master is reliable. Stephen arrived as expected. I appreciate the feedback as to how we can improve my lawn.

The technician, Kauljuan was very nice however, I think the company itself has gone down with their service yet they have gone up on their rates and become way to big! 2 years ago a tech burnt our fescue up. We got free aeration and overseeding to make it right and then this year our fescue was thick beautiful green in early May then they applied an application the middle of May and in 2 days it was yellow and some areas just died. We have had more weeds then ever. Because of a good friend, we're going to give Turf Masters one more chance. If they ruin our fescue again this upcoming year, we're finding a small independent company to take over. Honestly their approach to 8 applications during a year for fescue grass is unnecessary and is obly about making more money!

Tosin, Turf Masters Technician did a great job servicing the lawn. He rang doorbell and ensured my gates were closed when he completed the service. His efforts demonstrate professionalism and great customer service which is rare in receiving services in this decade, climate of entitlement, or providing less than a minimal effort.

My grass looks good with the services of Turf Master help which has improved the appearance of my grass it is soft and the growth regulator has thickened the grass where spots appeared in my yard the fertilizer and weed control has also benefited my grass appearance!
