I have great experience with the service. I appreciate speaking to the same sweet lady (Tamara) every time I call. The whole process is very convenient and efficient. I appreciate how they send you a text to let you know when they are going to your house.

Today I spoke to Grassinda at customer service and she was professional, patient an understanding. She deserves a recognition for her excellence in dealing with customers.

I am a long-time customer of NatureScene Lawn and Landscape Care's lawn fertilization and weed-control service. It is a great value, and I have been very pleased with the results.

My lawn is making a turn for the better. Tried handling putting down fertilizer and such myself but didn’t go so well. They do a great job and I like that they call to check to see if things are looking good.

I've used NatureScene for years now and my lawn always looks great. They are responsive if you have any issues and will come back out and spray again. This year has been rough for weeds but they are doing a great job battling them!

I started with Naturescene a couple of years ago and my lawn was in rough shape. I had lots of weedy grasses and many broadleaf weeds because when I bought my house it had been neglected. I was skeptical at first because Naturescene only provided six applications and because the price was so reasonable. It took a season or two and some free service calls but they got it turned around. They explained that it is a process to recover my lawn from its current state and they were right. The lawn looks great after a couple of years, I couldn't be happier. Kristhian and his team are always attentive to my concerns. Thank you.

Got a flyer in the mail and decided to give them a try. After almost two years of them treating my lawn the weeds persisted. We took all their recommendation and got the yards aerated two years in a row and the second time the machine they use left deep tracks in my yard. I was told that if they started mowing our lawn they would be able to monitor the height of the grass and make sure the tracks would be covered up. The first mowing resulted in the yard looking like with wasn't mowed and the edging was very poor. They did not tell me that they would not edge the flower beds when we hired them to do this. The office assured me that they would come out and fertilize the back yard to get rid of the weeds and mow the following week. They came and put down fertilizer and left did not mow the yard. I was extremely frustrated and decided to go with someone else for my lawn care and treatments. The communication between the guys doing the work and the office admin is non existent. Get different messages from both sources. They did refund me the amount I paid for the year as they must have been tired of hearing from me every week.

The tech di d a great job of treating my yard. The office staff followed up with a check with the service. I appreciate the attention to detail and intent to return back for any concerns.

I’m someone who prefers to wait until I’ve experienced a service over time before writing a review (unless it's that terrible), which is why it has taken me this long to share. We have been with NatureScene Lawn and Landscape Care for over 5 years now, and they have consistently delivered outstanding service. Their attention to detail, reliability, and results have never failed to impress us.

Because of the excellent quality and affordability of their lawn care services, we’ve personally recommended NatureScene to at least six other families—including my brother, parents, a few families from our church, and several friends. Every one of them is still a loyal customer to this day.

This company used to be so good and then all of a sudden this year and last year it has been terrible!! Weeds are growing uncontrollably on my lawn and it is disgusting to see. I called them multiple times to fix this issue but they still won’t try to change how they do their job. My money is going down the drain!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

I have been with them for.over 10 years and it was a decent company until recent a year or two. The management team has been replaced and all decent staffs I worked with have left the company. Now what is left with the company is to.over sell their applications while saving cost to sacrifice the quality. As such I'm paying 40% more than I used to but have not received any service as what I was committed. Check the pictures of my horrifying lawn with all kinds of weeds growing everywhere as if it hasn't been treated for years. When asked to rectify the problem, they simply told me nothing else can be done from their end.

Miguel is our technician from Natre Scene. He texted me 24 hours before the shelled service visit. He helped us fixed the sprinkler head today. He went to different hardware stores to get the matching head. When he finished fixing the head. He helped tested and set it in perfect position. He is very patience and helpfully. I am so glad I signed up with nature scene company. Their customer service is A+ level. Thank you Miguel so that I can use sprinkler system again.

As someone who normally doesn’t write reviews on social media sites, I do make exceptions for those companies and their employees who show results. And, who go out of their way to honor what they say, “customer satisfaction guaranteed”, when you might not be happy with the results that you see! Which is why I feel compelled to do this review.
I, like many of you homeowners reading this, have been my own yard service manager when it comes to taking care of my property. In my case, I’ve taken it a step further and managed many of my neighbors yards, due to some of their unfortunate circumstances.
When it came time for me to give it up (age caught up with me),
I wasn’t going to leave everyone without a recommendation of landscaping companies that I had called and researched. My first choice wound up being my best choice!
“Nature Scene” Lawn and Landscape Care.
My review and testament to the kind of service that this company and care their employees provide, is from my own experience. I made it a point every time I saw a lawn service vehicle or saw the companies sign in the yards around the neighborhood, to speak to that homeowner. Nature Scene was being used by many and receiving high praises! So, I signed them up for my yard and many of the yards I had been taking care of.
That was five years ago! I can honestly say that Nature Scene has met my expectations and then some. They have a motto, “Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed”, and they stand behind it!
And, with these praises, because Nature Scene couldn’t be who they are without them…their employees. From the call center to the employee coming to your home, professionalism and care for me, the customer, that’s certainly what I’ve received. Special thanks and praise goes out to manager and service specialist, Carlos Solis. In the office or out in the field, Carlos has been with me from the start, and is a big reason I and my neighbors have remained loyal customers.
Posted below, I’ve shown pictures of the exceptional service that Carlos and Nature Scene have provided in my yard. To show proof of how Nature Scene stands behind their motto, I’ve included a picture of “brown spots” surrounding areas of my front yard, in which I made one call, and Emily quickly responded having Carlos getting back in touch with me to see what steps should be taken to resolve the problem. He retreated my yard with properly applied chemicals/products, and with my help, following his instructions for care, the brown spots were gone!
I highly recommend and stand behind my testimony, and my pictures as proof! If you’re looking for a reputable company, with employees who will take care of your landscaping needs… do yourself a favor, and call “Nature Scene” Lawn and Landscape Care.
