***Updated Review***
I have been a Simply Organic customer for approximately five years, and initially, the service met expectations (as noted in my previous review). However, over the past year and a half, my husband and I began noticing a steady decline in the health of our lawn. Despite being on a regular fertilization schedule and paying for additional services such as aeration to maintain optimal lawn health, our grass became increasingly thin, discolored, and unhealthy.

Concerned, we recently hired an independent lawn care expert to assess whether we needed to start over with our yard. To our surprise and frustration, the expert determined that the condition of our lawn was due to a lack of proper treatment—specifically, that our lawn had not been receiving fertilizer applications as expected.

This prompted us to review our Ring camera footage from prior service visits. What we discovered was extremely concerning. The technician would arrive, briefly walk around the property with minimal coverage, and leave within approximately four minutes or less. There is no plausible way that our full property - front, back, and sides - could have been properly treated in that timeframe. The footage clearly shows incomplete and inadequate service.

What is most disappointing is that this is not a new issue. Over the past 18 months, I have contacted Simply Organic on three separate occasions to report concerns about the quality of service. While there would be temporary improvement following my complaints, the issue would inevitably resume.

As a result, I have canceled my services permanently.

This situation is especially upsetting because in 2023, we invested nearly $50,000 into a backyard renovation, including new sod installation. Our lawn was in pristine condition, and we trusted Simply Organic to maintain that investment. Due to their failure to provide the services we paid for, our lawn has significantly deteriorated, and we are now facing additional out-of-pocket expenses to restore it.

Simply Organic has not only lost a long-standing customer, but I will also be sharing my experience to ensure others are aware.

Simply Organic is the best! Mitchell is our service guy -- he's so professional and very knowledgeable. He takes time to answer all my questions and provides great tips on keeping our lawn healthy and green.

I've had nothing but stellar experiences with this company and I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for great lawn care at a reasonable price.

Jeremy is always pleasant and shows up when he says he will. Simply Organic Turf has been a great experience for us. Our yard looks better than ever!

I am usually not home when Jeremy comes by but today I was. I had some extensive questions about my yard. He answered them to my satisfaction and also educated me on why my yard looks the way it does. He also adjusted my timeline of when it was going to look better. But, don't get me wrong it does look a whole lot less "weedy" however I have some severe retraction that going to take time to repair. Jeremy also gave me some suggestions on how to bring my yard back to where it was when I bought it 8 years ago. Very gracious and professional.💯💯💯

Beware!
I don’t know what to do at this point. I have been trying for two weeks to contact someone at Simply Organic for help and have received no return calls or emails. Our yard looks terrible. Full of weeds. I asked for a manager to come assess and tell us what needs to be done and they scheduled an appointment but never sent anyone out. I called to follow up and they said somehow the appointment was overlooked but they would send someone within 2 days. No one ever showed up or called. At this point I have sent emails to every manager that I could find on the website requesting a cancellation of our service and refund since they have clearly not been treating our yard, at least not effectively. My requests to be contacted and followed up with are being completely ignored.

Love the professionalism and service of Simply Organic. I especially love having the same person come out each time. Justin does a great job of communicating and taking care of my lawn.

Justin did a great job servicing my yard yesterday. He was thorough, answered my questions, and gave me estimates for additional services I requested. I appreciated his time and clear communication to get my new lawn in tip top shape for spring.

I had burford holly shrubs that were 20’ High and needed trimming off of my fence. The guys got the job done in a reasonable amount of time, ask me for my approval and then cleaned up and were gone! I was pleased with their work and their price . I have used them before for tree removal and would definitely use them again.

Carlos came out to my home and gave me a great price to remove two trees from my back yard. I scheduled an appointment and they did an amazing job in removing the trees and even though it was raining on and off they finished the same day. I look forward to doing business with them again and referring them to others.

The Perez team did a great job. On time, professional and courteous. They were very responsive to what started as removing some large pine trees and grew into having them remove more trees, creating a nice mulch pile from the debris and finally grading the area that was cleared of the pines to create a great and immediately useable space for my family. Thanks Victor and Tony.

This crew was amazing! They were incredibly efficient and removed 22 trees without damaging my fence or playground area. They removed a portion of my fence for the big machinery, and put it back in place for perfectly once they were done. Job well done cleaning and protecting my grass. It was quality work by a professional and friendly crew. I would definitely recommend!

I contacted The Perez Tree Recycling about tree removal in my yard. They answered very promptly and came to see the trees the same day. They were very professional and did a nice job. I would use them again.

Carlos Perez and his crew did a phenomenal job of cutting and removing over two dozen trees including large pines. Equally impressive is the excellent condition in which they left the site. They were very careful to prevent any collateral damage, the stumps were expertly minimized, and they left the entire area clean and looking good. I highly recommend Carlos and Perez and his crew for any major or minor tree removal.

Perez Tree Recycling is by far the best tree service we ever received. We had to go out of town and left Perez to complete the tree removal at our home. When we returned home we were pleasantly surprised! The job was done with precision. We plan to use Perez for future services. I highly recommend the company!!!!!! They were quick to respond and came to our house within an hour or so. They cleared the tree and the debris extremely fast and within 2 hours (probably less) you would never have known a tree had fallen! Thank you so much, and we definitely recommend them!

My husband was amaze by the job and price! Neighbors came to check and sitting outside impressed by the quality job. They are absolutely professional and handle trees of high risk where the job requieres precision and experts! They left my yard clean... Great job from start to end. I absolutely recommend their services.

I order their services for several years now. First time in 2017 company I work for ordered multiple tree/stump removal. Since then I've been using Perez Tree for tree removal and pruning. Company is very reliable, insured!!! and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

5 Stars aren't enough! If you need trees removed, I highly recommend Perez Tree Recycling. I reached out for a quote and had a response within 1.5 hours, and a quote the next morning. The only reason I didn't have a quote same-day was because I couldn't make it home in time. Carlos came out the next morning, gave me a quote, and had 10+ large trees removed from my backyard, stumps ground, and everything cleaned up within a week (the removal and clean up only took 2 days)! They even came out on a rainy, not so nice day to get started. The price cannot be beat, and Carlos' team was quick, efficient, and professional. They did an excellent job! I could not be happier.

Perez tree service did a fantastic job removing a large poplar tree that was in a very difficult location. They also trimmed a large oak and did a great job lowering the branches so that my neighbors fence was protected. They work very hard and deserve a high rating.
