I have been a customer of simply organic for a couple years and have been very pleased. They stay on top of my lawn and let me know when certain treatments are needed. Recently Danielle has been doing my lawn service and has done a great job. She keeps an eye on it and lets me know when certain treatments are needed. She's very thorough and explains everything to me. We have a new puppy and want to be careful about what treatments are put on the lawn in our backyard and Danielle helps us make those decisions. She's very knowledgeable

Julian has really helped out my yard - he offers advice and even has helped us water in a product when we were going to be out of town for a day or so. He leaves us detailed notes and has suggested different ways to deal with some grassy weeds. We have enjoyed using Simply Organic Turfcare for some years now, and we are glad to have continued excellent customer service. Thank you, Julian and Simply Organic Turf Care.

Halisi and Julian take the time to look at my yard and help me understand my situation ( which is part of why I switched to this company). Also love the pet and pollinator safe treatments. We're working to improve the quality of our lawns and save some tree/shrubs that aren't doing well, so I can post an update later.

June 2024 Update: great service today from Julian. He took time to listen to my concerns, address the issues we're having, and find a cost-effective way to do it. Great service!

Questionable lawn care business at best. I wanted to support a local shop, but they do not show up at 'scheduled' times or follow up via phone or email. Chris, particularly, who answers the calls and does the scheduling provides extremely poor customer service and will cost this business dearly. It's a shame. This is all excluding the fact that my lawn is essentially bare with no grass after their 'treatments'

Nathan did a great job answering my texts and keeping me up to date on when he’d be here so I could get my dogs in. Also explained the treatment was non toxic, so they were able to go back out immediately.

My yard looks really good since I started with Simply organic by Arbornomics. I have sensitive centipede grass and can’t take too harsh of chemicals for weeds etc so we decided to do the organics, so far so good, grass is green, thick and growing well without weeds.

Jeremy and the Simply Organic lawn care team do a great job keeping our Bermuda lawn looking fantastic.

Mitchell took time to answer my questions and give suggestions about turf improvement. I very much appreciated his time and help.

I’ve been using Simply Organic for many years. Today I met a new technician, Jeremy, who is very nice and polite, and I look forward to continued good service from him and the company.

Have had a great experience w/ Simply Organic since signing up last year. I inherited a difficult yard that is full of weeds, and they take the right measures to get it back to its potential without killing off my existing sensitive grass. Their prices are also by far the cheapest compared to others that I’ve extensively researched.

Jeremy serviced my lawn today and did an amazing job. He pointed out dry spots in my lawn that need attention and recommended the best approach to get them fixed, whether on my own or to have Simply Organic help. He is very accommodating, so I will ask to have him service my lawn in the future. He is a great technician that is what this company needs to grow and remain successful.

Excellent service! My technician today was Jeremy and he took the time to tell me what he was applying to my lawn as well as just having a little friendly conversation with me while he worked. A very pleasant and professional experience!
