Mitchell works very hard! He has to drag that heavy hose deep into our backyard to do such a thorough job.

With bees and fish on our property, it's super important to protect them so we use Simply Organic. The technicians always give us notice of coming before they arrive and we feel secure in using them for our lawn as well as protecting our wildlife!

Great job to Simply Organic who keeps qualified technicians. Justin recently took over from Jeremy, so far a seamless transition. Thank you for your continued great work. Justin is very nice and respectful!

Jeremy was professional, detailed, and thorough. I appreciated that he reached out ahead of my lawn treatment to explain the planned services for the day. His communication and attention to detail gave me confidence in the work being done.

I'm really dedicated to organics so I really wanted to like this company. Years ago, I had used another organic company (before they went out of business) and they were fabulous, but with Simply Organic, my lawn always looked horrible. I had Bermuda grass in the front and fescue in the back, and both looked horrible, especially in the summer, even though I paid for the extra treatments they recommended. My lawn maintenance company kept telling me they had never seen such terrible service and that I needed to switch, but I really wanted to stick with organics, even though I was sacrificing appearances. I would have stuck it out longer, but last fall, Simply Organics seeded my Bermuda with Fescue on accident. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but their excuse was that the lawn was in such poor shape that they couldn't tell which it was. I agree that the lawn was in poor shape, but 1) It shouldn't have been in poor shape because I was doing everything they recommended and they were responsible for it 2) Everyone makes mistakes, but I've been working with them for over six months, and other than them coming out once to seed it again with fescue, they haven't kept their promises to do more re-seeding. In fact, since Les came out the beginning of March in answer to my request to have a manager come look at how bad it was, I haven't heard at all from them. 3) They did very little to attempt to fix the problem. I've never seen such terrible customer service.

Update 6/22/17: I spoke with the owner in April after I posted this review (yes, they finally called AFTER I posted the review). He wanted me to remove the negative review and offered a year of free service if I did. I stated that I wanted them to repair the mess they caused. He promised to come out and look at the grass, but I never heard from him again. He left a response below that they really tried. I'd love to see any proof that they tried to fix their mistakes beyond one overseeding. Ours is no harder than any other yard.

Simply Organic Turf Care us a great company. We decided we wanted to go organic this year and our lawn is looking great. Our tech communicated with us as to his arrival time. He walked through the yard with us and listened to our concerns. Jeremy treated the lawn accordingly. This is our first season with Simple Organic...so far very good.

So far, I love this company! Jeremy is my technician and he’s prompt and professional. He texts me on the morning of my appointment, and again prior to arrival! He explains what my lawn requires and make recommendations prior to treatment. He then explains what he’s done and gains my approval! Customer care and professionalism A+ from me and my husband!

They dont spray the whole yard like they suppose to (got cameras) and not killing weeds. This service sucks and i want my money back. I do not recommend this service

Company cannot keep qualified staff. They are highly focused on treating your lawn as much as you will allow in order to drive up costs. Earlier this year they tried to raise my rate from $62 a treatment to $78. I told them I would drop service and they pleaded with me not to leave. In March they then tried to up my treatments from 7 a year to 8, and I told them no way. Would always have high levels of poanna weeds thru May June and never happy with their service timeframes. Then in May began to get brown patch which was killing off new Zeon zoysia in backyard, so called for service 3 times to no avail then cancelled service. Nathan then called to plead with me once again to not cancel and stated he would personally work with me to resolve our brown patch issue. He came out once to apply fungicide which did not work after 30 days then sent a new tech out to apply Heritage fungicide which helped but was much late in the game. After over two months with continued brown patch I requested follow up only to be told it would cost $137 additional not counting my 4th round of treatment which they could only apply to my front yard at $62. Nathan was extremely combative over the phone when I stated all I wanted was problem to be resolved before paying anymore money and he refused. So I cancelled service again and here I am writing this review. I think these guys couldn’t care less about my lawn and they likely won’t survive in the next year if they treat customers like this and perform so poorly. It is not Rocket Science to treat lawns and I’m done with paying this much money ($435 a year) for weeds and brown patch in my yard. I can buy Scott’s products and Heritage Fungicide online and not have to deal with both crummy customer service, high prices and low performance.

Jeremy did a great job and worked around our landscaping team’s work that fell on the same day. Lawn looks great and I like not having pesticides.

Jeremy was tremendous. He text the night before, was friendly and efficient. Our sod is new so we are looking forward to see how Simply Organic takes it to the next level.

So far Customer Care and Professionalism are A+. My technician Jeremy notified me via text of my appointment. He then notified me when he was 15 minutes away, and he arrived 13 minutes later. He assessed my lawn since his last visit and made recommendations for this visit. Once approved he got to work, then made sure that he explained what he had done and gained my approval prior to leaving! Thank you!

Mitchell did a great job! I have been using Simply Organic lawn care for many many years. Quite frankly, my yard looks better than most in my neighborhood. Nathan was great this morning noting a break out of nutsedge and beginning treatment for it.

Disorganized mess. Apparently simply organic recently got bought out and changed how they structure their system/ billing. Double charged me due to their system error and after 7 phone calls I eventually had to do a credit card charge back because no one in their office could figure out how to credit me back. Canceled service and went with a more established company. Unless you have unlimited time and patience to deal with incompetence, go with any other company.

Justin notified me ahead of time what service he would do. He arrived on time and did just that. Looking forward to great results
