Just call Roto-Rooter or any other plumbing service because they will need to come and fix the work of Z Plumberz. When the plumber arrived he didn't not have the correct tools to snake a drain. The plumber also installed a washer outlet box and after 2 weeks it is leaking. I have called the Atlanta office as well as HQ to get someone to come out but I'm just getting the run around. Choose another service because you will be paying someone else to fix their work.

I had major work done, a total repipe of my water pipes, due to copper corrosion. The team was knowledgeable and pleasant. They worked to make sure we had a great outcome. Thanks!

Super thankful for them. My trash compactor stopped working and I was looking for same day service. They were able to get someone out within an hour to me to check out the problem. He came back next day to complete the repair and worked with my home warranty for approval.

Horrible company to work with, once they’re paid they will no longer respond to emails or return calls if you have any issues with their installation. After failing our plumbing inspection due to improper hot water tank installation I’m starting to wonder if the good reviews they have are fake. We hired them to install a hot water tank, they said they’re job is finished and don’t care if the hot water is working or not after initially scheduling an appointment to have some one come out to assess the issue which ended up being a no call no show. They’ve been ignoring my calls and emails every since while transferring us to their phone answering company.

I can't say enough about my experience with Z Plumberz of North Atlanta. Scheduling was a breeze, and the staff was extremely pleasant. Marcus Hood (plumber) came right in, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, came back the next morning with the part to get us back on track right away. Very reasonably priced, as well.
