I had my water replaced for an affordable price for a same day service. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

We had a minor leak in the kitchen, the technician said he can fix it and while fixing it he broke the pipe then refused to repair that. On top of that he was yelling and screaming that he did not break it and then abruptly left. Now we have to pay even more to fix his damages on top of our previous leak.

Oscar was on time, professional and thorough. He corrected my problems. He explained the process and made recommendations. Left the area spotless and took out trash. I've found the place for my plumbing needs and would highly recommend them for yours.

Steven was great with communication, very personable and is a hard worker. We ran into some challenges going under the driveway, so Jaden, operations manager stepped in to resolve the issue. I am very pleased with their communication, professionalism, and teamwork to get me up and running.

Be careful - the call center people do not actually know what their plumbers/technicians can do. The call center person assured me that "absolutely" the people who would come out could both fix dishwashers and look at plumbing after I explained our situation in detail. He also quoted me a diagnosis price that was $75, and then they tried to charge over double when they were at the appointment. The plumbers were nice enough - it's just that the call center had TOTALLY different information and presented it as accurate when it wasn't. We didn't even need them to come out based on what they could actually do, and the call center person did not know enough to tell us that and also quoted us a VERY different price.

Kemar worked so hard to finish our kitchen big project! Cut the ceiling , cut all the pipes, move them to new locations.Very responsible, he stayed until 8:31 pm to finish the job and sure that we had water and everything running good. A lots of works! Absolutely recommend Z Plumber z

Where to start with Phil Pro plumbing. Lee Proctor has been our plumber for almost 15 years. He has replaced 2 hot water heaters, 3 toilets, installed 2 kitchen faucets, and repaired many leaks in the walls of our house. I have referred many co-workers to Phil Pro, and have had glowing reviews from all of them. I am so grateful that Lee is still young and will hopefully still be plumbing for a very long time. He is super reliable, very fair with pricing, shows up when he says he will, is efficient, and I can't say enough about him.
