Lee is honest, reasonable, timely, and provided excellent service. It is always an interesting experience working with a contract professional for the first time. Working with Lee for the first time was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend him. He was very responsive, and actually did more than I expected for the price quoted. We needed a Pressure Tank properly suspended. He explained what he saw, what he was planning on doing to resolve the issue, and even took extra preventative maintenance steps. While he was at the house, he also repaired a couple leaky washing machine valves, and performed a leak test on a shower drain. Can't believe Professional Tradesmen like Lee still exist. Most today just seem to want to make a quick buck from shoddy work. Outstanding Professional to work with. Thanks again, Lee for the phenomenal service and fair price.

Lee is the best! Phil Pro plumbing company has saved the day again. I'm a property manager of a 10 unit apartment building in the older Virginia Highlands area and he always has his work cut out for him here.

Lee replaced a toilet and a garbage disposal for us and he was amazing. His prices were fair, service was quick, and he was very knowledgable. He even did an additional repair on our sink that we didn't know we needed to do, and didn't charge for that extra repair since he had already been working on the garbage disposal. If you're on the fence about hiring a plumber, just call Lee. You'll be so happy you did!

Lee is simply the best. Knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. Lee replaced our water heater, extended a gas line, and did rough in plumbing when we were finishing a bathroom in our basement. He worked quickly, was flexible when we needed to do some prep work to ready the space for his work and was surprisingly not the most expensive quote we received for these projects. Highly recommend!

Lee does great work is very reasonable with his charges and on top of that he’s extremely pleasant to be around. He lets me know when he sees plumbing concerns that need to be taken care of eventually but doesn’t push me to do them now. I’ve never had a plumber that I trust so much and I highly recommend him.

Lee showed up exactly as scheduled, expertly installed our new vanity sink & faucet, repaired 2 of our toilets, and adjusted our dishwasher, all for a very reasonable price! I have used Phil-Pro 4 times over the past couple of years and can honestly say that Lee and Caden are fantastic. They have replaced multiple sections of old cast iron drains, plumbed out a new bathroom and replaced exterior faucets. They are super knowledgeable and always take time to fully explain the job. We had a great experience with Lee the Plumber and will definitely be using him again. He came out the same day we called, and even showed up earlier than expected because he had a cancellation which we really appreciated.

He quickly figured out the issue, fixed it efficiently, and the price was very reasonable. What really stood out, though, was that he went above and beyond. While he was here, he noticed a part on our kitchen sink faucet that needed to be replaced, completely unrelated to the original plumbing problem, and took the time to order the replacement part for us under the manufacturer’s warranty.

That kind of attention to detail and honesty is rare. We were so impressed with Lee and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Lee replaced our hot water tank and repaired our pressure reducing valve at a great price! He was so friendly and easy to work with. He even checked out a question I had regarding my shower/bathtub. I highly recommend going to him for any water tank replacements/repairs!

I had Lee install a new water heater as well as fix some minor plumbing issues I had. Lee is great to work with and really knowledgeable. He gave me the best price quote on the water heater compared to other companies and installed it the next week. He will tell you if something needs to be replaced or not and does try to sale you services you don’t need. Several of my neighbors have used him, all with great experiences. I definitely would use this company again and highly recommend them.

Lee Procter has been taking care of the plumbing in my house as well as my sister‘s house for years.
I Needed a simple drain plug replacement.
It took less than half an hour and the choice that Lee made for what to use in my sink is perfect.
And the young man who came to do the job was very nice and even my cats didn’t mind his presence.

Customer service is A plus. Dave was great at what he does. He didn't mind my questions, as he did a great job service. He was business, and friendly, at the same time. It's a great attribute for business. I would recommend him, or this company for any of your septic needs.

He was pleasant and honest about the procedure. Our septic tank is 55 years old. He said he couldn't guarantee the procedure and called in home office . We said since he was here and he thought it might work, we told him to do it. He did not try to persuade or pressure us. It was totally our decision. We appreciated his honesty.

He was very knowledgeable, prompt, helpful and efficient.
He explained the process and all the work he would do before he got started. He charged me a fair price for all the work he did. I am very satisfied with the work, customer service and care I received today from Rooter ProXpress and I will definitely use them again.
The services I received were: leaky pipe repair and replacement, water pump pipe repair; toilet repairs, shower head repair and water pressure repair.

I had the technician tighten my kitchen faucet, and the work itself was done very well. However, while the service was professional, I feel the price was too high for such a simple task. Had I known the cost in advance, I would not have scheduled the service for tightening an already installed faucet.
