The service was quick and easy. I had to come back and take away some stars. The issue was fixed, however our irrigation system was affected. We had to dig up the broken wiring and piece it back together. Also, in the beginning the lady told me to get the septic pump would only be $179. She also stated that when the technician arrived he would assess the situation and give us an estimate on how much it would all cost. His estimate came out to be $5,000. He took it down to 4,2000. I don’t know much about plumbing but that seems a bit excessive. The technician’s were nice. They do offer financing. I’m just writing this review so others can know what they are getting into.

Xavier was very nice & respectful. Very detailed in explaining & patient with all of my questions & concerns. His work was very thorough. He stayed & worked in the dark & the cold until everything was running properly. Thank you rooter ProXpress & more so, thank you Xavier!

Jason was amazing. He explained every step so that we would understand. He explained how we should get the hot water tank serviced once a year. He even came back the next day to fix something that he saw wasn’t completed before he left on our roof. He was very professional and I truly feel he went over and beyond to get the job done!!! We also asked questions that dealt with our toilet running, and he fixed that too free of charge. We are truly grateful for him!!

Stephanie and Brad with Rooter Pro Express responded quickly to our call. They both were very nice and professional. Brad explained what the issue was and offered financing options. Brad and Stephanie were both very helpful. The service call was free. Although we did not move forward with the repair as we are looking into other options. This is still a great company with great service.

I found Rooter ProXpress through Angi. They were great from start to finish from the immediate call I received from Schultz who was professional and friendly, to the superb customer service and knowledge shown by John B. He patiently explained how the septic system works and why the need for pumping every few years is imperative. This job wasn’t an easy one, but he did it without complaint and explained what he was doing every step of the way. It was an expensive repair, but that’s on my husband and me. I’m so glad I went with this company.

Antonio showed up and did the damm thang!! I called at 1130 AM new shower body installed by 200 PM. A little pricey but we'll worth it for the prompt and professional service.

Customer service was great! Very efficient and helpful. This was the first and only company I called for pumping, so I’m not sure if pricing is fair or not compared to others. Victor the technician did a great job. He was very informative and explained the job very well. Although I paid more than I was expecting to, my septic tank really needed it to avoid more costly repairs in the future. I recommend this company!

John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us get our drainage issues figured out without breaking our pockets.

I contacted this company with great results & Jason B was very professional & attentive to what I needed done. He is a good asset to this company, hard worker & gets right to work I also may add he kept me informed on his whereabouts prior to showing up for the appointment, which was in the time frame I was quoted. I highly recommend Jason B. for the job as he explains every step & price prior to doing the job.

Rooter express replaced the pressure switch on my well pump and turned off the automated sprinkler system before doing the work; however, repair tech never turned the sprinkler system back on and the following day I left on vacation. When I returned all of my new grass was dead. I contacted the company about it and they didn't care. The sod loss amounted to around $1600. Their office staff cares but management does NOT care. You will NEVER get a manager on the phone and they refuse to provide their address for an in-person discussion.

Rooter Express also replaced my water well but failed to replace the "check valve" and there was no water to the house. The water would only run off the reserve tank and when that emptied there was no water. I called Rooter Express numerous times but they kept sending out inexperienced technicians who could not understand the problem. They also failed to show for 3 scheduled appointments with 4-hour windows. I finally had to call a separate company to fix the problem and it cost me $728 dollars. The other company said that the check valve should have been replaced at the time of pump replacement. Rooter Express refused to reimburse me for the additional expense and wouldn't even tell me why! The office staff kept saying they were sending a check but no check ever arrived in the mail. I probably called their office ten times over the period of a month with no response.

In total, Rooter Express cost me an additional $2, 128! This company does not have high standards, is not professional, does not respect their customers and will cheat you out of your hard-earned income.

Save yourself a gigantic headache and don't use this company.

I had an outstanding experience with Angel from Rooter ProXpress. After a flood in my basement, he quickly identified the source of the problem—a tiny pinhole leak hidden behind the walls in my laundry room. What could have been a long, stressful ordeal was handled efficiently and professionally thanks to his expertise.

I called on Sunday morning 12/28/2025 around 9am. A technician was at my home on Monday with water heater in tow. Installation duration was 2.5 hours, besting the technicians time expectations. I even received some advice on maintenance to water lines. They do a great job!

I contacted Rooter ProXpress for repair of a sewer line situation. The front office and dispatch crew were informative and very helpful. They were out the following day for the estimate and if time had allowed, they may have been able to do the repair in one day. They were out first thing the following morning and the job was completed in a prompt and thorough manner! I feel like the service I received was a great job and a good value for the price quoted. Our technician Jason suggested a few things to do so that we shouldn't have any future problems. I appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

Dashawn, Ethan & Miguel are great technicians. Jenny in the office was very compassionate. There was a small hiccup in our repair but Rooter Pro made it right. I hope we don't have any repairs in the future but if we do we know who to call.

The company was fast and responsive in scheduling both inspection and service. Pricing was very fair. Kevin was great and did a fantastic job with the water heater replacement. Was very detailed and even warned us about how the rust at the bottom of the old one might get the carpet dirty then helped us work out a solution. Highly recommend.
