Prontu Plumbing and Nick were amazing to work with. I am 53 years old and have to say it’s the best plumbing repair experience I’ve had in relation to professionalism and customer service. They followed up several times during the process and immediately following the repair. Lisa in their office was so courteous and thoughtful. Kudos to all of them.

Pronto Plumbing recently replaced my toilet, and afterward, I noticed it didn’t seem to use much water when flushing. I called the company, and after coordinating our schedules, they promptly sent someone out to take a look.

The technician arrived on time and kindly explained that the new toilet is a low-flush model designed to use significantly less water than my old one from the 1970s. He wasn’t the least bit irritated about coming out just to educate me — he was patient, informative, and professional.

Even when my home warranty isn’t involved, I’ll definitely continue to use Pronto Plumbing.

An unfortunate situation was quickly rectified with the help of Pronto Plumbing. Our water heater went out and within two days we were back in business with a brand new water heater. The experience started with great customer service from the front office staff. Lisa ensured that she secured us the first available appointment and sent out one of their best technicians, Darrell. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and an all around great guy. He did an awesome install and we were pleased with his work. I highly recommend and would use them in the future for any other plumbing needs.

Plumber was very professional and tentative. He took care of my plumbing issues in a very short time. Job looks excellent. He was also kind enough to take a look at my dishwasher which he assured me needs an appliance repair. I very happy with the service I received. I would certainly recommend them.

So glad I switched plumbing services my home warranty company recommended and went with Pronto Plumbing. My water heater leaked on Sat. They came on Monday. It was obvious a replacement was needed. 20+ years old unit. Lisette(?) in the office was super friendly everytime I called. Nick was my tech. Very experienced and walked me through everything and gave me advice for annual maintenanceto keep my heater lasting for years. I am satisfied! Will have them around for future plumbing jobs for sure.

Repairman Chris performed repairs. He was OUTSTANDING. I had three repairs. Repaired two leaks in two faucets and
toilet & tank repair in less than two hours. Toilet required follow-up and all the repairs were intact. He explained the problem and repair. He was courteous and professional.

Mr. Daniel the tech greeted me with a smile, he came right in and diagnose the issue and he even got me in contact with Flood Masters To get all the repairs and everything on done so that they can come out in properly. The plumber was excellent. He was knowledgeable. He was very friendly. I felt comfortable with him. You know in my home and it was. It was a good experience. I did have to request that he come back because out of our four restrooms we didn’t realize until later that one of them was still not working properly. I appreciated the follow up call from their dispatch with the young lady. I spoke with and she is sure Recall visit as soon as possible.
