I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. The technician clearly explained the issue. Everything was left clean and working perfectly.

This company was referred through American Home Shield. The technician was scheduled promptly and arrived on time. He was very thorough and provide great customer service. We wanted to proceed with this company servicing our hot water heater, but they couldn't perform the work until a week later. We decided to go with another company that could service our needs within the same week.

I had an outstanding experience with Pronto Plumbing and felt compelled to leave this review. From start to finish their customer service was exceptional.

There were complications with the kitchen fixture that were completely outside of their control, yet they never stop advocating for me. They stayed in constant communication through calls and text, kept me informed every step of the way, and were genuinely apologetic throughout the process.

What truly set them apart is that they went above and beyond what was required. They made sure the issue was resolved properly – even when it meant doing more than they were obligated to do. That level of integrity, professionalism, and care is rare these days.

Pronto Plumbing did not treat me like just another service call. They treated me like a valued customer, and that matters. I am truly grateful for the effort and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and customer focus plumbing service services.

Bijan Ghodraty is a very unprofessional and dishonest person. Don't get him to do any plumbing as he will mess up things more than fixing anything at all!! That's how he makes money, but messing things up for people having plumbing issues and then charging heavily for more work that wasn't required in the first place.

Avoid this person for getting any work done. Master robber at the least!!!

Call the owner Bijan for all of your plumbing needs. Especially if you need whole house repiping. He and his crews are the best in the area. Very professional, timely, best quality. He and his crews repiped my whole house with the best quality and price in the area in a quickest way possible. In addition, they are very honest and trustworthy!!! Highly recommended!!

He quoted me a price to unclog a toilet. While working on the clog, he overflowed the toilet which resulted in floor damage. This will cost a lot more than having called a better plumber who did not overflow the toilet. He did arrive in a timely manner and he did unclog the toilet. At the end of the job he asked for more than he quoted me but I paid the quoted amount. Go with someone else.

Overall a great experience. The plumber who came out was courteous and explained everything in detail before starting the work. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were a little late, but the job was well done.

Incredible rude and defense when he knew he clearly did a terrible job. Refused to provide me his license number. Reused old shark bite fittings so the pipe with the "newly" added expansion tank swayed and it's resting on the vent. The person was hired by the property owners, not by me and I would clearly never use him if I were you.

The expansion tank for my hot water heater was spraying out water. I called Bijan and he quickly FaceTimed me and explained how to stop the water from dispersing. (even if you shut off the water, the tanks can have water remaining in them).

He then provided a quote and arrived the very next morning to replace both tanks. Reliable, honest, and very professional work.

I have worked with Bijan numerous times from unclogging toilets to installing shower heads and replacing hot water heaters. I look forward to continuing to work with him.
