This company is amazing, they are responsive, they follow up with you, call you and they show they care. The Tech that serviced me Earis, was great and he knew exactly what the problem was and did not tried to hustle me by selling unnecessary work. He got the job done and was very professional, if I ever need a service for my septic tank I will for sure use them again.

Genesis returned my call promptly after my initial call for service. She was professional, thoughtful and very helpful. She followed up as promised and scheduled a tech to come out. Andy came to our residence within an hour after the follow up call. He explained the process and what was required to complete the process. He quickly completed the task. Area was cleaned up completely. Excellent.
The cost of $450 for the installation was excessive especially since we had already installed the faucet, soap dispenser and water dispenser.

From my emergency call with Shonta, I felt like I was in good hands. Jason kept me informed about when my technician would arrive. The icing on the cake was how Xavier explained what causes septic tank issues, what corrections may be needed, and an full explanation of the repair process. It is not everyday you feel cared for so professionally. I feel secure knowing my system is operating correctly and warranties as well.

I texted Don (manager) around 8:40 PM on a Sunday to explain my issue, and he responded immediately by scheduling a technician for 10 AM the next morning.

Cam arrived about 15 minutes early, was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also shared a few helpful tips, which I really appreciated.

Clayton and Cam are the Best ! I felt special too because the big boss came by to double check and make sure I was happy with the work being done. They answer your calls right away also.

I mentioned about pipes breaking, Clayton informed me, there had been a class action lawsuit, Was an easy decision to replace All pipes, and Tankless water heater, works great! Me having a 3 story house and abundance of sinks !
They got the job done on a tight time line. They cleaned and mopped up took away all debris.

Plumber surveyed the job. Offered up a ludicrous amount to perform a 14” plumbing shift. 10k. Told me the piece of copper would cost 2k. Reality is $150.00 for copper required.
I told him no way. Will not request service from Ben Franklin again if he is on call.

The only minor issue was a delay due to the part being a special order—but it was handled professionally and with clear communication. Nick was exceptional: courteous, highly skilled, and thorough. He delivered outstanding service, and I would gladly request him again for any future plumbing needs through Pronto. Kudos to the entire team—keep up the excellent work!

We had a horrible experience with high priority, plumbing, who simply didn’t want to do the job. We use American home shield so we asked for a second opinion. They sent Darren with Pronto Plumbing and he was a godsend! Darin was friendly and professional, and very funny. He explained that our toilet had a leaky bolt. He replace both bolts and the flapper in the toilet and the problem was fixed in about 10 minutes. The other plumbing company said we had to remove our entire fixture for them to get to the toilet to fix the problem, which was a lie! Pronto Plumbing is our top pick for any of our plumbing needs. They were simply fantastic. Attached is a picture of the fixture the other company said we had to remove first what a joke!
