We called late morning and by late afternoon we had a working fireplace! The fee was so reasonable and Fernando was kind and knowledgeable. Fabulous!! Same day service even the day before the predicted ice storm.

I had an excellent experience with this plumber. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and cleared my drain efficiently. He was professional, respectful, and explained everything in a way I could understand. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work was outstanding. I really appreciate the prompt service and honesty. Highly recommend!

The Good (not), The Bad & The exponentially Ugly.

My experience with Rooter Pro Xpress was the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor in my life! And it is not even close!!!

My Rinnai water heater was in need of repair. The circus of service support transpired as follows, Day 1: A technician came out and quickly diagnosed that the heat exchange unit needed to be replaced($650). $325 was required as an upfront payment. Day 2: Another tech came out to install the heater exchange unit and diagnosed that the problem was diagnosed incorrectly and that the filter needed to be replaced or cleaned. Coincidentally (1- day later) the previous technician was now no longer employed at the company. This new technician decided to try and flush the filter. Six hours later, he tried to get the unit running, but it failed. He then informed me that my fully warranted Rinnai unit needed to be replaced, and that the manufacturer was not honoring the warranty. He enthusiastically recommended. The Nividia water heater for $4000. They offered me the heater for $3500 and informed me it would be installed the following day. Day 3: Two technicians came out to install the new heater. It took them 10 hours to get it up and running. Performing retrofits to the infrastructure of my home (pipes) without my knowledge. The unit worked for about five minutes and upon leaving water started pouring out of the water heater. The tech immediately returned, it was 11 PM at night. We had to shut everything off to prevent more water leakage. Day 4: Two more technicians came out and based on their feedback, it became clear that the previous tech did not know what he was doing. This was their implied words and reactions. These new technicians worked on the unit for 2- hours. Disappeared for 3-hours for a trip to Home Depot. After returning, they worked on the unit for 2 more hours and informed me that serious modifications needed to be made to my home (breaking the floor to reach the drain). I told them to stop trying to fit a square peg into a round hole and get me another unit. On a somewhat positive side when I spoke to a manager, he agreed to replace the Nividia with a new Rinnai, because that install was a plug-in play install. It was when I originally got that unit 2-years ago from another company. Day 5: On this day all the previous retrofits needed to be redone to their original state. Another 6 hours were needed to install the new water heater. I was mistakenly pleased that after I spoke with a manager named Brian, i would be getting a refund. I only requested to receive a refund for the $325 (heater exchange unit that was never needed or installed in the first place). I was willing to ignore the lost week of my time & money for having to stay in my home waiting for techs to arrive. Weeks upon weeks later: I have made countless calls to Brian and others at the company and they have assured me that a refund is approved. They even promise to call back and with the exception of one time they never do. Finally over a month later, I have been informed that I would be receiving a refund of $125. As I write this review, I am continuing to battle with this company to get the full refund of $325 for a heater exchange unit that should never have been recommended and I repeat that was never installed. Additionally the mess that they left at my house pails in comparison to the absolutely terrible job and experience I have been through with this company. If I do receive the $325 I will update this review. Oh and I’d be remiss to fail to mention that every technician that came to my house requested a good review so they could get a $20 bonus.

I had an emergency water leak service. Angel came out within an hour on a Sunday and fixed my leak! He was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I will refer Rooter Pro Express to all my family and friends!

He took his time and explained everything to me and he showed me the findings that I needed to make my decision on moving forward with his recommended work. He paid close attention to the fact that I have pets and was very mindful when entering and exiting my home. He even petted one of my catsand that was very sweet. Angel can and remade my toilet and it works like new. He was so kind and professional! It was done with in a few hours of calling. I highly recommend them!!

I was quoted $600 when i called for service, however technician quoted $1200. I explained that was not wa hat i was told! I needed water heater replaced as it was leaking! So i agreed! Called office and they told me that was the price! Explained i was nit told that when i made appointment! Offered 5 % discount! I feel i was taken advantage of!

Jason was on time. Arrived at my house before me and even waited while I fought traffic to get there. He knew exactly what was wrong with our shower and had it fixed quickly. Stephanie made scheduling super easy. I would recommend Rooter ProXpress to anyone I know.

Our technician Johnny was very helpful and knowledgeable and was patient as he is kind. The office staff was extremely patient and the operation manager went as far as spotting us the down payment so we could get started with our repair. Common decency still exists!

Was trying to install a bidet and unfortunately with a 10+ year old home with CPVC, the main line to the the toilet sprung a leak and even with the main line shut off the water would not stop. Jason was dispatched as an emergency job and within 45 minutes he was here. CPVC was cut and coupled and even installed the bidet for me. Fast and efficient work. Would recommend again!

From Calling after hours last night until everything is fixed, my experience has been wonderful. Kevin came out and did a great job and was very helpful. He was very polite and courteous, and even nice to the dog lol. He was professional and had a great attitude. It is nice to get great customer service.

Alysia and TJ were both courteous and professional. TJ explained in detail each step in the process of completing the work that was required to be done to fix the leaks in our home. When it was time to pay, Alysia provided the necessary information to pay by credit card and responded immediately with the receipt. I was very pleased with the service they provided.

The company was responsive and quick to accommodate my needs. They also kept me updated as to when the technician would arrive during the service window.

I thought John was well spoken, professional and very easy to work with. He was thorough in explaining what the problem was and how it would best be fixed. I would recommend him to anyone else in need of service. As of today I have no complaints. He is also very hard working and I am pleased. Thank you very much John for a job well done, I think you should definitely get a raise ( and a big one). Last but not least I did think it was expensive considering I am a senior on a fixed income.

Crissy was extremely knowledgeable and informative regarding my plumbing issues. She took the time to clearly explain the problem and the recommended solution. The pricing was reasonable, and I am scheduled to have the job completed in two weeks. I will definitely be using their services again and will specifically request Crissy to complete my project.

The faucet to our sink broke off so we were unable to get water from it. We called RooterProXpress and they sent out Mr. Angel. He was honest and upfront about the price(which was fantastic!!!)

He ran to Home Depot to get the part he needed and did the installation all within two hours. The final product turned out great and the new faucet is even better than our original one❤️❤️❤️

I had a great experience with Rooter ProExpress! Dawson was professional, friendly, and got my water line fixed quickly at a fair price. The only downside is that their location is a bit far from me (over an hour’s drive), but the quality of service was excellent — definitely worth it. I’ll support them again in the future and happily recommend them to others.
