I had a great experience with Pronto Plumbing! They were incredibly accommodating with my request and were able to schedule a visit the very next day to replace my water tank. I was so relieved not to have to go the entire weekend without hot water.

Their technician, Joe was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly, and clearly skilled at what he does. He completed the job efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I really appreciated his attention to detail and courteous manner throughout the entire process.

I was introduced to Pronto Plumbing through American Home Shield. I have had a few unimpressive contractors that try to inflate service and prices. Not Pronto Plumbing!!! They are straightforward, knowledgeable and skilled. They are able to quickly access and fix your plumbing issues. I request them specifically when requesting service.

Prompt service so the name definitely fits. The plumber was extremely nice, explained everything that needed to be done and what initially went wrong to cause the problem. Explained it in simple and understandable terms, walked me through the steps he took to assure that the issue was taken care of. I appreciate such great service and how quickly they handled it. He didn’t leave until he knew I was satisfied with the end result. That made a huge difference.

Joe, the technician was very friendly. He explained what was going on and what he was going to do. He was very professional and seem to accurately be able to pinpoint the problem at hand. He attended the time appointed which is important to me.

I’m very pleased with the Customer and Technical service I received from Pronto Plumbing! They were prompt and professional, and quickly diagnosed the issues I was having and replaced my water heater. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing repairs.

This is a one-star review, but they didn't even earn that much. Extremely disappointed in my experience with Pronto Plumbing. We didn't choose them, as they were assigned to our claim with First American Home Warranty. The initial dispatch phase went well, so we had no reason to doubt them. Unfortunately, it didn't take long for that to change. January 16th, they called and let us know the first availability was January 21st. Their vehicle barely pulls into the driveway, and one of them exits, while the vehicle is still running. In hindsight, I should have known they were in a rush and we would get a subpar experience. The tech proceeds to look at the water spots on the ceiling downstairs, go up to the bathroom right above it and concoct some reasoning about water spilling out of the bathtub, over the side, and in between a small gap and caulking. He was in our home less than 10 minutes and did nothing to really investigate the root cause. A definite red flag that showed very little genuine care or concern. This didn't sound right, but we are not plumbers, so who are we to challenge his reasoning and expertise to his face. To test his theory, we stopped using the bathroom above the water spots altogether. In the coming days, the water spots continued to grow, soon accompanied by the sound of dripping water in the ceiling. We reached out again on January 26th they didn't have another appointment for us until 8 days later, February 3rd. Before that appointment, January 30th, a hole formed in the ceiling and water began leaking constantly into the den. We called back and they pretended to prioritize it like they would try to get someone out that day or the next, even sharing a phone number for us to text photos of what the situation had grown into, due to their negligent misdiagnosis. That was early morning Thursday, but we never heard back, nothing from them until Monday when we get a phone call, that I'm thinking is them saying that the technician is on the way, because they ser this appointment with me 8 days prior. Instead, it was them telling me they could not make it Monday, February 3rd, and they needed to push me back an entire week to Monday, February 10th. This was the final straw, and thankfully, we were able to convince our home warranty company that Pronto Plumbing was displaying an inability to keep an appointment or properly diagnose an issue. After the rescheduling fiasco Monday, February 3rd, We were able to get a different company involved. They came in, diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes, and had the wall cut open exposing the leaking pipe within 15 minutes. This was a quick and simple fix that was turned into a larger issue that we are now financially liable for. The damage done not only to the drywall on the ceiling, but also the wooden support beams and inner workings of our home is now severely worse, due to the completely botched handling by Pronto Plumbing. What started January 16th, could have been resolved 5 days later when their tech visited our home. Instead, this issue lingered 20 days. Unfortunately, I see multiple other reviews with similar tales, but we were already unwittingly linked to this company, before discovering those. You can see how the situation looked January 21st when Pronto Plumbing had a chance to fix it, versus what it grew into based upon their ineptitude.

The company is very good. Their workers are excellent in what they do. On time, never a mess, and the job is done correctly. Will continue to have them come to my home when I have a problem. This time they replaced the faucet in my kitchen sink, but they have done other work for us before.

Called my warranty repair company and they send out Pronto Plumbing to replaced the delta faucet cartridge that has been leaking in my master bathroom for over a week, it was driving my wife crazy. Thank you for a prompt response and fixing the problem.

I recently had an issue with a pipe in my bathroom, and I called Pronto Plumbing. I'm so glad I did! The plumber, Joe, arrived quickly and was incredibly professional. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, explaining exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. The repair was done efficiently, and he left the work area spotless. I had a great experience from dispatch to finish. Customer service was excellent. The office was able to arrange an appointment sooner than the previously planned.It meant a lot because I didn’t have hot water for a week. Nick did a fantastic job installing my water heater. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Thank you for a great service.

Joe was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my bathtub drain. Because I live in a multi-unit home the clog was in the main sewer line for my building. Joe was kind enough to help me discuss the problem with the association maintenance crew and got them to clear the drain for my tub. Saving me some time and money!

Pronto Plumbing was right on time. The initial technician who came to diagnose the issue with my water heater was friendly and knowledgeable and made we aware of code changes that would need to be done as part of my replacement.

Scheduling was on the money. They did their best to get me in as quickly as possible. Joe who was the installer was super friendly and knowledgeable. We talked about fishing and family and new homes. Solid guy. He was thorough in his work and cleaned up. He even made sure to put cardboard down in the driveway when he putting the old water heater in his truck, so as not to get the dirty water on the concrete.

Joe went above and beyond!!! I would definitely use Pronto Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

My garbage disposal was leaking and not working. The service team was very responsive in contacting me and setting up appointments and follow up. The service person who came out was courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend this company.
