The tech was great-- super nice and did good work. He installed my toilet in about an hour or less. Here's why my review is 2 stars: I provided ALL parts: toilet, wax ring, etc. For 1 hour of labor ONLY, I was charged $745. I have never had a toilet installed before so I wasn't sure what I should expect, so I paid it. After talking to some people and googling, I was 1000% robbed. Like I said, the technician was amazing, but I will not be using this company again for anything. Their prices are either insane or they prey on those who don't know any better. Neither is ideal.

I needed emergency services for my rental property and the technician, Connor from the Norcross location serviced my water heater. He explained in great detail my water hear was very old and how it was no longer within code. He was the 2nd tech on site for me to obtain a quote. Because he took the time to explain the issue I went with them. Connor was very professional and kept me updated on the progress.
