Travis was great. Gave great guidance, walked me through the process, talked about pros and cons of the installation, then completed everything in short order. Added bonus…he installed a new shower head that I was going to take care of. Well done, and we’ll use Chen again in the future.

Shawn, like every Chen Plumbing technician we've ever had, was incredibly thorough in evaluating the situation, explaining the issues, and outlining service options. Shawn was also very friendly and respectful, a delight to have work at our home.

Very disappointed with Tim at Chen Plumbing. I requested service to clear a clog in a kitchen drain line. I had already isolated the problem to an old 3" pipe and asked them to come and clean it. After committing to come same day, they reached back out to re-schedule so we accommodated for the next day. When Tim arrived, he wanted remove/replace the old pipe, then snake the line AND replace the working disposal. Instead of a simple cleaning, he insisted on a repair estimated at $3800! I asked him to just do the cleaning and he said he WOULD NOT do it -- "I should do it myself or get another plumber"! So I was stuck AFTER I had accommodated their re-schedule. Afterward I DID go and clean it myself when I had time with a hose and pressure bulb in about 15 minutes. I also tightened the seal on the disposal and now I'm fine. And $3800 better off. This is the second time this high estimate ploy was used. The last time I used Chen Plumbing I was on site and declined the $2500 recommendation to dig up pipes and insisted that he simply clean a line for $500. Don't just take what the plumber tells you! I won't use Chen again with these ridiculous recommendations.

Chen Plumbing does great work at a very good price. Cody has been out twice for different repair work and both times has fixed things and gone above and beyond explaining what he’s done. Shortly before this visit I discovered I had a leak in the kitchen. He took the time to thoroughly investigate, sending me pictures. He also called Reliable Restoration for me, who came out shortly after and evaluated to see if there was an issue with water damage.

Cody from Chen plumbing was amazing. He had a great attitude and was a pleasure to deal with. Calling in for my issue was easy and Cody's arrival was prompt. He was able to finish the job same day as promised. Will definitely use again in the future.

Been using this company since before they had big fancy vans. Still down to Earth and more efficient than ever. My tech Simeon and his assistant were friendly and helpful. Def recommend.

I reached out to this company via Thumbtack at 2:00 am and I received a response in minutes! I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Chase came out and was prompt and professional and fixed the problem within 30 minutes! I will definitely use this company again!

Wow! What can I say. I was an unexpected blockage in my sewer drain. It was a Sunday and around 6 and I was able to get scheduled and someone came out.

Shane was extremely professional and courtesy during the draining clearing. He explained everything and showed used proof of the blockage and cleared it. I really appreciate the professionalism and the upfront approach to the problem. Shane was quick and direct to the point. Even during the freezing cold plunge he was able to assist.

I have used Tim Chen for well over 10 years. I have two rentals and a residence that he has done plumbing on over the years! He has done septic work, moved a washing machine line, installed a few toilets, unclogged drains, he has come to my house, afterhours, in 5 mins to fix a huge water leak from my sprinkler. He has replaced two water heaters. Today, he re-lit the pilot light for my water heater. He didn't even charge me because the water heater is under warranty. Tim is the smartest, fairest, quickest to respond plumber is Altanta. Thank You Tim!

No work done today, estimates for various issues. Cody was terrific, has worked on my house before. Cody is great at explaining the scope of work and how it will benefit your houses functions and how to prioritize what needs to be worked on first. Takes time and shows pictures of your plumbing.

great communication and great work. however, thr price for flush, removal of the filter and removal of a part from a spigot was $920, way too expensive. there are other high quality providers with less cost. sorry but wont be a repeat customer. service was great though!!

Main water line break was repaired quickly. Shawn was prompt, professional, and personable. Assessed scope of work, performed repair, and completed the work with review of all outside and indoor fixtures. Excavation area required a shrub to be replanted and the site was left tidy. We will definitely use Chen Plumbing again for future improvements and home maintenance.

I have used Chen Plumbing for about 3 years now and I'm always pleased with their prompt replies, use of text messaging and ongoing communication after submitting a service request. They truly do not let you fall off their radar! However, their pricing continues to increase & is really hard to afford now, and this will impact future decisions for residential plumbing services for us.

Simeon was very courteous and efficient with solving our plumbing issues. He also wore shoe covers inside the home to be respectful of his customer's home.

Chen Plumbing provides excellent communications to its customers to provide time of arrival as well as a photo of our plumber, Simeon, before his arrival. We truly appreciated a 30-minute window instead of the usual four-hour window. We will not hesitate to use Chen Plumbing if we have any future needs!

Chen Plumbing has worked on both my prior home and the new one I just purchased not too long ago. Cody did an amazing job and also made sure to educate me about plumbing maintenance. I appreciate it the information and gave me good insight in terms of the direction I need to go. They were very knowledgeable and explained in detail.

Tim came out within and hour after I had a pipe burst and water leaking into my living room. He was able to get everything fixed, identified additional leaks in the house, and did a sink install. Very thankful for his prompt response, sense of urgency, and professionalism. I will use Chen Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward.
