Mr Shawn Bush initially presented initially to our home and diagnosed the issue timely and provided solutions (without any pressure). We agreed to the recommendations since we had ongoing issues with shower and heating etc. for a while. He explained everything in detail and was extremely professional and courteous and kind through every step of the way. He even brought us a case of water bottles since water had to be stopped for a few hours. Installed a new tankless water heater and filter system along with leakage monitoring for added peace of mind. Everything done very professionally and we couldn’t be happier. Upon completion asked me if I was satisfied and resolved any remaining concerns. Ask for Shawn if you call this company, Awesome guy!

We have been working with Chen on a fairly large plumbing job and couldn’t be more pleased with their work and communication. Cody has been our main plumber (with excellent colleagues) and has delivered top quality work. He has also graciously (and patiently) answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. I would like to take a moment to thank Dawson and Austin for their total professional attitude from inspection to giving a quote to clean up. They showed great stamina and were polite and smiling throughout the project. And it was a huge project with busted and rusted main wrought iron sewer pipes going all the way out and halfway into the back yard. We wish them the very best.

I met Mr Chen long ago and was struck by his strong commitment to integrity, family, customers, reputation. Sometimes, when you grow large enough to have other people working for you, that dedication to quality can fall off. That is not the case with Braulio. He maintain the same high standards of excellent work and customer support. They are a pleasure to do business with.

I've used Chen plumbing for years at home and at my place of business, so yesterday when we had a carbon monoxide issue I didn't hesitate for a second - I knew who to call. Due to the nature of our business, they understood what an emergency this was and were here within an hour and stayed until 2am until the jobs were complete (yes, multiple issues). They were knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Chase personally called me this morning on his day off to be sure everything was satisfactory and to go over a few more things with me. I am very impressed with his attentiveness and follow through! Huge kudos for Chase and Chen plumbing! Thank you!!

Update: I wanted to make sure I mentioned our plumber by name: Braulio and his apprentice (sorry, I forgot his name). They finished quickly and spent time afterwards basically helping me understand the bigger picture of how our plumbing worked. No man-spraining, just real talk. I will NEVER use anyone else.

Tim and Oto from Chen Plumbing did a great job handling a leaking expansion tank and a high water pressure issue at my home. They clearly explained that my pressure was way too high (around 120 PSI), which caused the expansion tank to fail.

Instead of trying to upsell a new water heater, they focused on fixing the real problem by replacing the pressure reducing valve and the expansion tank, then setting everything to a safe pressure.

The work was professional, clean, and well explained. I appreciated that they took the time to answer questions and didn’t push unnecessary repairs.

If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable plumbers who do the job right, Tim and Oto are a solid team. I’d definitely use Chen Plumbing again.

I had a frustrating experience with the plumbing company that installed my sewer pump about two years ago. They told me their labor warranty only lasted one year, even though the parts have a three-year warranty. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they directed me to contact the manufacturer, which felt like I was being sent on a wild goose chase.

Thankfully, the manufacturer turned out to be the complete opposite experience. After submitting an online request, I received a call back almost immediately. The didn’t ask a million questions like other companies do when you ask for a warranty claim, my claim was accepted which was a fresh breath of air. Their team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. They kept things swift and simple and made sure I was fully taken care of.

This company and this Norcross facility definitely earns five stars. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the plumbing company.

This was my first time shopping a Cowan Supplies. I was overly impressed. I will be going back
