Jimmy Young has been our salesman and go to guy for 25 years or better and has always done a tremendous job. Cowan Supply is a great place to do business.

Location is off the beaten path, but for a warehouse it's not bad. Counter salesman was very nice and helpful...that being said he didn't listen to me when I asked for gas pipe so I was forced to buy a second piece of pipe since he already cut the galvanized pipe. Price was minimal so it wasn't a big deal.

Cesar has been a fantastic driver….he is respectful and really patient. Wish we had more drivers like Cesar A+

I’m not a commercial buyer nor do I know anything about plumbing but as soon as I entered the store I felt like everyone was there to provide answers no matter how “dumb” I thought my question was.

I was greeted by Jennifer who was FANTASTIC , and everyone jumped in to help my portable washer problems ( Brett, Ryan and Theresa) welcomed me with knowledge, laughs and plenty of support!! If I have any plumbing issues or questions I’ll definitely return here and recommend!!!

Came here for help with an ice machine supply line. Wes and Brian on the counter were super helpful and informative. Took the time to find me a working solution. Would recommend absolutely for all plumbing supply needs.

They were quick and came out to the house the day of to clean septic water that backed up into the house. The employees were very friendly and explained alot of the process. Very reasonable price on the overall job. Very nice company that works with you to get things done quickly and the right way. Would highly recommend using them. Hope nothing like this happens again but would definitely use them again if I needed restoration services.

Cesar was very helpful when delivering all the items, I told him I could handle it, but he just wouldn’t take no for an answer and he helped unload each and every item! Top Notch!!

A little late to review by a month or so, but my man Cesar was very friendly and professional when he delivered on time! He also helped unload the material which was a pleasant surprise when we’re used to drivers just, well, driving!

They have MANY hidden fees - a $250 minimum VISIT fee and charge way above market price. Run away from this company - use another and save a great deal of money. Especially if you are a Healey Building residents

This company is horrible and unreliable! My aunt booked this company last month and they constantly reschedule. I can never get anyone on the phone. Please do not book with this company, go somewhere else and save your money!
