Tree reviews in Norcross, Georgia

The Perez crew was professional and efficient. We hired them for tree removal and stump grinding - and they got the job done very well. They even took care of some yard debris that weren't originally included in the estimate without changing an extra. Carlos and Victor, thank you! I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree 🌳 services.

I used Perez Tree Service to have all the trees overhanging three sides of my house trimmed away from the roof. This was the easiest tree service to get in contact with - they returned my call within 20 mins and came out for an estimate later that day. The price was extremely competitive. The crew came out that weekend and got the job done in great time. Alfredo, who was the point of contact the day of, was in constant communication to make sure I was happy with the work. I'll definitely be using this company again.

Best crew. They helped remove several dead trees on our property before we moved in, and helped remove a tree that fell during Helene. Timely, extremely detailed, and always do a fantastic job leaving the property looking great afterwards.

Carlos and the Perez Tree Recycling team were extremely easy to work with, great price and took care of 5 large trees that were leaning precariously toward our house. I made one call, and they came out for a quote the next day. He also was able to get a well trained crew out there within a few days. Definitely make these guys one of your quotes; you’ll be happy you did.

These guys were very efficient and professional. The tree that was removed was a complicated removal because of the location between two homes. The work that was done left me impressed. Also I would like to add they were early to the appointment and the communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend Perez to anyone in the Atlanta area and their price was very competitive. Thank You!

I am very happy pleased with the work done on my tree cutting. The crew was very professional and complete the job in the amount of time I was told. They made sure everything was clean up. The price was the best. Thanks again will call you for my next job soon

Perez Trees service did an excellent job.
Recommended 100% reasonable price and willingness to work with you

The crew was professional courteous and nice. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Had a large tree that I had received multiple quotes on, Carlos and the team were the most economical. Carlos was communicative throughout scheduling, but what impressed me most was they did exactly what they said they would and exactly when they said they would. It was simple and easy, and actually a pleasant experience. Also, did a great jon on clean up. Everything was prompt and met/exceeded expectations, will use again and recommend. Also, very friendly.

I have been having the Perez Family professionally take care of my.difficult tree work for over 15 years. They will take care of your tree problems at a very fair price when you need them. They are bonded and insured so your tree work will be solved without any additional worries. They are my go to for tree issues and you will be very happy if you made them your solution for all of your tree issues.

We always use Perez for our tree care! Watching these guys take down these huge trees is amazing! They are so skilled! Carlos and Victor listen and are always reliable. They even moved a shed across our yard! We highly recommend them and we’re not using anyone else! 👍🤩

The Perez Tree crew did a fantastic job removing multiple trees (one large pine, one large oak, and a few smaller trees) overhanging my home’s roof and back porch. The crew was friendly, professional, super quick. Most importantly, the crew cleaned each work area.

The price was unbeatable. I’m super happy with the services and will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Hoping to see Carlos and his crew again soon.

Carlos and his team did an exceptional job for us! This was tree removal from Helene. Their bid was very competitive; their communication was thorough; their work was impressive. They cleaned up all debris, and were easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

We have used Perez Tree Recycling for many, many years and have found them to be professional in every way.
They are incredibly hard working and are thorough in their approach to every job we have asked them to handle - no matter if it’s been a major project or something less involved.
Victor and his crews are personable, reliable and well equipped for every job.
We have recommended Perez Tree Recycling numerous times without hesitation.

They were hired to cut 5 trees, trim limbs from three. They were prompt to respond, arrived same day, offered me a fair price and delivered what they promised. Also, made me a huge pile of mulch from the thinner branches they didn’t want.
Part of my fence was damaged during the work, they replaced the broken part and fixed the fence as well.
I highly recommend Carlos and his team.

Horrible experience/communication. Very unprofessional. They left my street trashed with mud they brought into the road. Left all mulch in the MIDDLE of property when I specifically told the “owner” to move mulch to rear of property. Probably my mistake though! I paid these people before job was complete. I guess business isn’t done the way it use to be anymore!!!!

Response to owner's comment-
1. A business owner that attends to their customers well would communicate with their clients, and try and make the job right. We asked for the best price, not cheapest.
2. As a builder, I carry the knowledge of proper steps taken in my process. You do not lay down gravel in the middle of a forested area. Tree demo comes first, then comes silt fence/gravel.
3. Not once was proper communication presented with the weather conditions being an issue. Your only communication included your job being done ready for my next tradesmen. Not once was I told the mulch would be taken care of once the conditions allowed. The job site was left a mess because the full payment was given before the job was completed. Per one of the owners, a "pathway" made with limbs and mulch for your own convenience was not going to be discarded. Hence, not a job well done. My experience is what is described. Do better next time.

I treat my tradesmen very fair. When treatment is other than that, there are legitimate reasons for it.

This company did an excellent job. They were here when they said they would be. Cut all the trees down like they said and cleaned up. Also, the price was very fair. I would hire them back in a heart beat!

Great crew, great work and done on a timely basis at a more than fair price! I was extremely happy with the experience!

They removed a very large tree overhanging my house and power lines. Very professional and on time. Fully cleaned up and I was amazed at the limited amount of injury to my plants.
