Tree reviews in Norcross, Georgia

I had many quotes for a tree in a difficult area. It was leaning right over my house. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism in this company. Beni was very easy to work with. Everything was presented straight to the point, and with price and procedures clearly explained. The price was the best for the work done. Everything went well, and was done exactly as expected. I would definitely use this company again.

They did a great job of removing all the pine trees from my backyard and cleaned up nicely and promptly. Very professional and methodical. They grind all the stumps but accidentally missed one. Even though I didn’t realize until months later, they still returned to grind the last stump! Amazing service.

We had 8 trees around the house we wanted removed. We called out several companies to give quotes. While we were walking the job with Chandler from AKA we let him know we had a requirement of no damage. Our yard has multiple bushes, shrubs , flowers, ornamental trees and sod as turf. He was very understanding of our concerns. We were asking everything to removed via a crane and he agreed. We liked what we heard from Chandler and signed the contract. The day of the job went smooth as silk with crew C ,Joe and Chris are phenomenal! They came and completed the job in 1 day with no damage. Joe with crew C saw that my mother was crying about the trees being cut down and gave her a hug and made her smile. We wanted outstanding service and Got It !!! AKA Tree Service employees Chandler, Chris, Joe and the rest of crew C are the best!!! They went above and beyond and did a phenomenal job!!!! I will recommend AKA Tree Service to anyone who is looking for the BEST in tree service. Highly Recommend!!!!

AKA tree service did a fanatic job completing our request to remove trees privet so we could enjoy the view of our backyard. Shout out to Chandler who is a wealth of knowledge and very honest helpful giving you what you need done. Quick turnaround on our job. Second time we have used them. Customers for life. Great company to meet all your landscaping tree removal needs.

From the first call to the job’s completion AKA treated us like gold and put our prior tree companies to shame.
Highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

Crew D and Jorge Negrete did an outstanding job removing an oak tree that was growing close to a wooden picket fence in my backyard. They were very careful and thought before making cuts to ensure proper safety measures were in place. No damage was present on the fence or shelter area. I highly recommend this tree service for the value and customer service I received. Amazing work!

Quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced! I had one minor complaint that was rectified right away. Highly recommend!

Great service and professional, safe crew. I wish I would have taken a before and after picture. My yard is clean and the canopy is uniform.

I highly recommend this company. We’ve had to have lots of tree work in the past few years, but had never had a better experience than with Total Tree. True professionals!!

After careful discussions with Shawn, they mapped out a plan to cut sox trees that were difficult to access. Then, Paul's crew came in like a swat team and dispatched them in an orderly manner. We are exptemely pleased. We will ask them back next year.

I havent had a lot of tree work done so sort of randomly picked these guys from an online search. I liked them. They are professional. Did a little more than expected. Perfectly happy with their service. If there is one "issue" its that they told me they were booked for about a month out but then called me out of the blue that they were nearby and finished up another job early and could they come by. What? Come earlier than expected. Of course. I would recommend them and use them again for sure no hesitation.

Total Tree has serviced our neighborhood for several years. They are pros, from estimating to executing. I highly recommend them for all your tree related needs!

I got a few quotes for having 4 trees removed and went with Total Tree Service because they were the cheapest per tree. As any home owner knows, this can always be a gamble. But, to my delight, it worked out wonderfully. These guys absolutely killed it. Blown away by the time in which they made a tree essentially vanish. And, with little trace they were ever there. Well done! Highly recommended.

Total Tree Service just left our house having taken down two huge (dead) hickory trees. One was in the front yard and one in back; both surrounded by shrubbery and extensive landscaping. They did an amazing job! Only a few branches in one camellia bush broke. Hard to believe, and they were very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I was dreading dealing with Huge Trees that needed to come down. I tried these guys randomly after reading the reviews. I will say it was an Amazing experience. Shaun walked me through the whole process step by step and got the permits required and they handled everything very quickly and my yard looks amazing now!

Looking for a quality tree service in Norcross, these are your guys. I needed tree removal for several overgrown trees behind my property. Got a few quotes and although Total Tree Service wasn’t the cheapest, their price was fair and they were professional. These are my guys as long as I have a property in Norcross.

Total Tree Service did not trim my trees. Shaun came out and assessed my trees. Turns out I didn't need it. I appreciate his friendly and honest advice. When and if I do need service I will call TTS back.

Amazing company! They prioritized our home as it was damage that was storm related. They were flexible and worked with us on getting the tree removed quickly. They picked up all debris and were professional. Their team of guys that worked at our home were courteous and great guys. Shaun was our estimator and was very knowledgeable on trees and walked us through what to expect on the removal process. Owner Paul was great to work with as well- he was present on the removal date and a pleasure to interact with. They kept within their promised timeline. I highly recommend this company!!

Paul and Total Tree Service are everything you want in a tree service company. We had a neighbor that was using Total Tree and had them stop by after they were done to look at some trees we need to have work done on.

He walked around the front and back yard, pointed out problems, suggestions, and things that were false alarms.

He and his crew came 3 days later and were in and out in a day.

Overall we had, 1 tall pine removed, 4 stumps grinded, several trees with big limbs removed, a dead fallen tree removed.

Highly recommend and won't disappoint. Best contractor I have had come to our home.

Total Tree Service is top notch! If you can name the a tree company in metro Atlanta I have used them. A few years ago I needed Total Tree Service to take down a massive pine tree on a job site I was on. By the time they were finished and gone there wasn't a spec of dust or pinecone on the ground. I have been using Total Tree ever since. Don't waste your time with the other companies. If you want great service from a company that stands by their work call Total Tree Service!

Total Tree Service removed a MASSIVE oak tree from my backyard. The removal had many challenges as the tree was over the house, and bordered by 2 fences. Paul and his team expertly and patiently took the tree down steering clear of all structures. Amazing to watch these professionals work! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Total Tree Service! True Professionals!
